the shirts are better than last year  Van Den Broeck says he's going for top-5 in Tdf and he will ride the Vuelta. Vuelta will be testing for later WC's ( don't quite know what he means?) And he says that he can win de Brabantse Pijl ( I don't know how it's called in english) |

Am i the only one who thinks it's weird that VELO-CLUB LA POMME MARSEILLE (LPM) is riding in as a continental team as a Latvia team? meanwhile Marseille is in France??

The name "Urco" in Operacion Puerto wasn`t Oscar Pereiro as El Mundo wrote in 2006.
"Urco" was supposed to be his dog, what he denied intensely and went to court.
The name "Urco" is probably Marta Dominguez as they recognized now in Operacion Galgo. |

A bit, but the French federation refused to give them a license, so they had to look elsewhere - and they have signed a few Latvian riders as a result

I don't know how many times I've said this before (not always here, though), but the name of Contador came FULL in Guardia Civil's report. Not only the initials, but the full name.

Edit: The Vuelta a Murcia, also known as the 'Vuelta which bans Italian teams because Italians are so, so bad with good ol' Piti' will be reduced from 5 to 3 days. Reason -> €.

Fuglsang mentioned leopard dots, and a Lux newspaper mentioned something about red -- so yeah, it may not be the final jersey.
On the other hand, the team tends to deny the rumours right after they have been published.
1 example: When Fuglsang revealed the name, Brian Nygaard said it wasn't correct (well, it wasn't Team Leopard. It turns out it was Team Leopard - Trek...). |
