I saw the first post. It looked pretty stunning with a rendered picture of a velodome (the one of Manchester) interior and exterior.
Plus there were some rendered pics of three bikes. Also really realistic. The message promised alot, some announcement about a game next year and a website half of December.
But seems I don't know the history of vizzlefix where waighlon responded to. Bit curious know about the past.
It all started when an Roadie (a graphics bod) got pissed of with people"stealing his work" (or something) and started VizleFX. He created a graphics database and then announced that they would be creating a game, and even announced provisional covers. In this process, he lured in a lot of good graphics people who forums were proud of, (such as Smoothie) and banned them from ever posting anything they made, even if it had not connection to VizleFX. We all enjoy ridiculing them.
The "start" to Roadie being pissed off was the moment he was born. Possibly sooner
Seriously, before he shut himself off from the PCM community (for which we all rejoiced), 100% of his posts were either "Here's something else I did, I'm SO AWESOME" and replying to other people's work with "That's awful. You have no talent. Give up".
The fact that he's a notorious liar that promises the world time and time again doesn't help.
I know it doesn't sound like it, from what I wrote above, but he's a really funny guy
Not comedy funny, or street funny, or banter funny, but "He's so self-deluded it's hilarious" funny.

You forgot that he could have turned Professional on the bike, but decided not to.

In those years when you had disappeared off the face of the earth to go mine for ore in mars or whatever the heck it was you were doing.

I don't rememeber that one, but it sounds like something completely normal for him to say.

It was an attempt to convince me to try and follow his training guidance (which was ride for 2 hours, every day, really hard, until you can do more).

Heh, roadie's back then. I guess he deleted his first post because he forgot how forums work, you know, what with his site always being under construction.

Wait, Smoothie is still poking around? Not to mention giving cycling advice, what was it, to simply crash as much as possible? |

It was offline for months, set to re-open in October (or was it November?). Back online now, but with the exact same content as before.
Well done, Fizzle. |

Indeed, i tried a few days ago and it was still offline. Little bit more info about the track game. Going to be a PSN game?
Advertising about games for XBOX Live/PSN/PC. Also integrated the forum in the website(?) |
