It's a blatant lie. Even Mosquera has admitted as much.
Yup. And surprisingly enough, I see/hear everywhere people debating whether he's gonna be banned, if hydroxyethyl is a banned substance, etc. Darn, it takes less than a minute to visit WADA website and look at the fragging list. It is a banned substance so he should be gone for two years.

Liberty Seguros have for the past few months been setting up their new team for 2011 and signing several riders.
After all this time, now they've suddenly decided they don't want to have a team because of the doping positives they had last time around. Team's dead in the water.
Wait, what?

The BBC have also picked up the report, "World governing body calls for disciplinary proceedings to be opened against Alberto Contador" being on their news ticker. (Just to show its not just the Danish media)

For that to happen, the RFEC has to do something....which they'll try their hardest not to.

If the RFEC clears AC, wouldn't the UCI or the WADA appeal to the CAS? I want to believe they will. I just couldn't stand that a guy that should have already been banned FOR LIFE, can walk free without any single day of suspension without even cooperating in the slightest with the antidoping authorities.
Danish radio just quoted the head of the Spanish Federation saying something along the lines of: I hope we can clear Alberto. Not just because he a great talent, but also becaus he is an old friend of mine and he is from Madrid.
