There https://www.uci.ch/templates/BUILTIN-N...p;LangId=1 he is classified as Elite and also raced Elite races last year (after he won almost everything in U23 during 08/09 season) and I also think that according to UCI regulations he can't turn 23 during a season in U23 category. So I'm pretty sure he's Elite already Wink

So I'm pretty sure he's Elite already Wink

so i just taked the ones who are under 23,
but i'm sure Tom Meeusen was the winner, because the commentary said that
