I can not get into the game. When I press the icon on the desktop, so you enter in the box where you can press play, manuals, etc. When I press on play, then comes the white box in 30 seconds also goes out of the game |

Try running the game directly. Go to your programe files ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Seizoen 2010 , in my case) Search for the PCM.exe right click on it an run it as admin. |

That's an improvement haha Try running it in compatibility mode. Right click on that same PCM.exe and got to properties. go to the tab. Compatibility. check the box Run this programme in compatibility and chose in the drop down list for win. Vista service pack 2. Click on OK. And run that exe as admin again. |

The last thing you could try is uninstalling the game -> remove everything from my doc. and programmefiles of pcm. -> reinstall the game -> install the latest patch ( 1.0.3.0) an try it again. If it doesn't work i don't know any other solution. |

Do you play with a computer or laptop?
Do you have a wide monitor?
Cyanide has this Technical FAQ which you should read: https://www.cyanid...amp;t=3191
But ultimately we need to know your computer specs to help you any further. So use this link again https://svc.system...lysis.aspx and then tell us what YOU see. You can make a picture or write it down, but don't send the link again because it is blank.

There should be a print screen button on your keyboard. Press it, then open paint, then save it to your desktop, then reply to my message (using the reply button not the quick reply), then select the picture.
If you run Windows Vista or 7 there should be a Snipping Tool which makes it even easier to capture a picture from the screen.
But if you play with a wide screen then this might be your problem. The game does not like wide screens but you can fix it by either changing the screen resolution of your monitor or editing the config file of the game.
If you don't know how to set the resolution if your monitor google for it.
The instructions how to set the config so that you can play the game in its best resolution can be found in this forum. You might get lucky using the search function. |

Your computer specs look ok. So, as I said before, change either display setting. |

Sorry, I forgot. If you change the display settings, it should show the actual values (like 1680x1050). Write the actual values down, then select a setting with the 4:3 scale (for example 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x960). Then apply the selected settings and start the game.
If it runs, then you can try to play the game using the original settings by configuring the config file. |

the game "reads" the values from the config file and use it.
you can find it in your "GraphicConfiguration.xml" file, which is located in folder "MyDocuments\Pro Cycling Manager 2010\Config\"
just open the xml file with the normal windows editor and change the values for <ResolutionHeight>your value</ResolutionHeight>
and
<ResolutionWidth>your value</ResolutionWidth>
then save the changes and start the game |
