I think there has been headwind all day.
Chris Anker Sørensen says that Andy will try and go fast from the start to try and make Contador stress.

I'd give it a chance of over 75%.
Andy will do the usual "guy who will lose time" tactic by going flat out at the start to demoralize Contador.
It won't work, so the question becomes....how much is he going to pay for it towards the end of the TT? A little, like Sastre in 2008? Or a ton like Pereiro in 2006?
The main reason I say it won't work, by the way, is that the biggest gaps in this TT seem to be made from the start to the first check.
