If you want to "really" decide who's the best, there need to be a competition.
All shirt makers shall have the opportunity to use the exact same programs, because NOT EVERYONE DOWNLOADS UNLEGAL COPIES OF GRAPHIC PROGRAMS!.
And if these ppl only uses LEGAL bought programs (which I’m sure they do) some ppl may have money to buy better programs. And everyone knows that paint isn't as good as Photoshop for shirt making.
So give them the same computers, programs and TIME, then you can see who's the "best" .
