The Date was 12. of december, the rain was falling, wind was playing with the trees. I was sitting there in the small room, i was smoking a cigar with the fire place. The phone rang, it was a low mystical voice.
and that was how it worked out
- So you got a phone call telling you that you got the job?
and now you're manager for Ag2r. what did he tell you?
That is confidential, thank's bye
Well that was Dag otto Lauritzen new manager for ag2r, and over to you Frank
Why was it confidential.....will we found out during this season?
or was it just som other stuff?

In the season preperation we agreed to who was going to be the team captain's. We had a good time in the northern San sebastian training and working together as a team.
Our nr. 1 captain:
Aiming for top 15 tdf, and climber jersey in TDF.
+ top 10 paris - Nice, top 10 dauphine libere.
Aiming for the ardenne classics we got a not that unknown Italian Rider:
Top 5. in all the 3 ardenne classics.
Plus wear the giro jersey for some days.
Taking over for his dad,
Roche, will go for a good climber jersey in the paris - nice, and breakaways in the tdf.
And finnaly our last captain, aiming for sprints is:
¨
some victory's in alot of conti. races, podiums in tdf. And vattenfall cycle classic.
We are mostly aiming for the races in france, breakaways, climber jerseys, and point jersey in small races.

All the best for your story neve!!
I just wondering if you post, or simply include, some management screens as that is the part of the game I really enjoy and am still deciding whether or not to get the game.

Team Tour down under:
In the training camp we got to se some few riders getting fast in shape and decided to use those 7 riders:
David Le Lay - Team Mate
Lloyd Mondory - Sprinter
Cyril Dessel - Captain
Gatis Smukulis - Team Mate
Hubert Dupond - Team Mate
Blel Kadri - Team Mate
Rene Madri - Team Mate
Tour down under are not of our biggest goal even if it is a pro tour race.
We will try to have one man in the breakaway every single day.
And Mondory will try to sprint for Podium.

Morning's tactic meeting:
The main discussion was who was going to get in the breakaway to get climber point's.
We decided to that Madri and Kadri would try to get in the breakaway, and Mondory would try to sprint for the line and he need to be in a good posision over the last hill
Today's profil:
The day startet like a granddad race, the pace was very low, no one tried to get in a breakaway, and well, how would this race go on?
But finaly a couple of riders got away from the bunch, but it was very unorganized....
....and the 2 breakaway groups gathered.
After riding like hell up the hill Rene Madri took the point's on the top, but still 3 hills left for the day.....
....but i took the 2nd hill as well.
The bunch became as one with 13km to go and it was going to be a mass sprint.
and over the last hill we talked about beeing in a good position, and well At least Dessel was, but where is Mondory?
well he was in a great position, with 450meters to go.
And i can't see any of the big sprinters at that moment!
With 250meters Voeckler came fast up on the side, Mondory went from his will 170meters from the line, but the hill had been to hard on his legs.
And in all this Madri have the climber jersey with 4pts. |

Morning's tactic meeting:
After a good day yesterday with climber jersey and 5th.
it was alot of faces with a smile that enterd the bus.
And in tha tactic meeting Madri had some words to share with us.
Madri: I just wanna say thank's for the support i got yesterday and i really wan't your help to keep the jersey, and well im gonna be retiering after this season, so lets make a hell of a season.
Profil:
Today's Breakaway where a big on at 12 riders, and from Ag2r it was Cyril Dessel our Captain, we was thinking that today was a day the breakaway could go all the way.
And with over 110km to go Dessel was setting up the pace to get away from the riders in the brewakaway and to get som climber point's. Only Isai could hang so far.
And from the top and on Dessel will ride 85km solo....
Could he hang on?
Dessel still looking very good.
And got 4.15 down to the peleton.
With 13km to go Dessel was back in the peleton and gave a desperat go for it....
.....and with 10km to go, Dessel was 1,21 infront of the peleton....this is going in...or?
No, they are History now....and look on the good position to the ag2r riders!!!!
When they came in on the tight tight last 800meters Dupont and Mondory was in a great position, and with 350m to go Dupont was doing a great leadout for Mondory, but Boonen was there, and Bennati was there, and Petacchi and on......

Mornings tactic meeting:
The moral around the riders in the team was high and they all where pleased with the start of the tour down under.
And today we all where ready to keep bringing the results.
The stage today startet like every other stage with alot of riders trying to get away, after 12km a breakaway was trying to get away but in the peleton some riders actually got away because of the wind. So 15riders was suddenly infornt of the peleton and Renè Madri was there.
They was riding fast in the wind and so did the peleton, they never had more than 3.26, and madri took a climber sprint, and a bonus sprint meaning he is on the same time as the leader, this TDU is close. They was catch up with 10km to go, and ....
....Ag2r had a great position on the final 2km.
Q- H. Dupont, just outside the podium for you today, and when am looking at the top 10, the first 6places are on the same time !! and a lot of Ag2r riders, how will you ride the rest of the tour?
Well yeah, we have been riding perfectly down here in Australia and well, it is amazing !

i didn get screenshots from stage 4, i was unlucky and deleted them but
here is a summary:
The stage was just anotehr stage.
Flat profil.
On this stage we got Le lay in the breakaway and they had 6.57 at the best and got caught with 21km to go.
Boonen won the bunch sprint infront of Lloyd Mondory.
And took over the leader jersey.
