If you don´t want to hear other opinions than yours, why do you ask for help in a FORUM saying that you want to change something to make it more realistic?
Who cares if it's more realistic or not? I want help editing Andys requirements, so he atleast looks at the offer. That's it.

At the end you know you are cheating, which is ok with me if that is how you want to play. If that is the case just edit the DB as everybody told you..

If he accepts an offer from a different team below this amount, you can move him to your team using an editor. If it's above, you can say: "Oh well, I wouldn't have got him anyway, therefore I won't edit him into my team".
I haven't checked whether there's any specific columns in the DB that can help you, but I'll do so when I find some time

Haha, that's billiant, didn't even think of that. I just had to have a reasoning, you know? I got so disappointed when he refused to look at an offer, even though I played the entire first season very well

There are parameters in DYN_cyclist which can be twisted to make Andy accept your offer. But if you change them he would become a normal rider (like the ones who accept your offer) and I guess that you rather want to have a good rider, not any rider with the name of A. Schleck.
I doubt this very much. How am I making Andy any worse by changing his demands? I'm not touching his stats, potentiel, limitations etc.
You don't understand. There is no parameter "demands". The game uses many factors like your teams stats and Andys stats and compares them. Maybe there is one or two parameter which would not cripple his riding skills but still you would change him, maybe into not beeing a leader any more.

No no, I get it allright! In your opinion it's impossible to make Andy _ACCEPT_ the offer without making him a worse rider.

Now, this is where YOU don't understand - I didn't want Andy "not to refuse it". I wanted the game to allow me to offer him a contract without giving me the "The rider doesn't seem to be interested by your team" dialog. Andy accepting, refusing or not.. that was what I wanted.

Ya, ya, whatever.. I didn't edit him in any way, and I didn't add him on to the team. Obviously no one in this thread besides CrueTrue and Lorkan has the faintest idea of why I made this post.

I'm just gonna put an end to this "disussion". As I said, I decided to accept the fact that I wasn't able to edit the game the way I wanted, so I went with CrueTrue's option (so sick how spot on he was, when everyone else had no clue at all). Andy was traded for an amount, that I wasn't able to pay.. but maybe next year

You are a just promoted team (even if you win everything), no top 5 rider will make that move..
