First 40km for our team and we have 4 crashes. I forgot to teach them how to ride a bike, they train on rollers all the time |

Oh and Froome is cursed. Crashed in his main race last year, the Tour of Britain, and now crashes in TDU and Wellington this year.
I offer all the change in my pocket right now for him. It's 87 cents.

And Bimbo Nutella wins in the 2nd try
If Popov knew how to ride a bike in the criteriums we would get our first jersey |

Too bad Sabatini lost the front group, but still nice stage by Rohregger (and FLorencio, and Willman)
Seems like my luck is finally changing!

All my riders still in the top 25 in the GC. I'm fairly happy with that at the mo. Let's see if Locatelli can't try and get that KoM jersey though.

Better than Rast and Calzati overperforming to an extent in Bloemfontein?

I guess in terms of ranking points that is better, but this is the first EL AL Podium and GC leaders shirt. |

Nice win for Bimbo and looks like a very good day for El-Al can Sicard pull an Arashiro? Another stage slips by for Swift - I guess there is 3 flat ones to go. 26 guys in with a shot at GC after two flat stages! (I still think those 40 km crit stages on 5 and 7 are going to be nasty )
Still stage 3 looks like it should be tasty with Wiggle, Petronas and Cillit Bangs big hitters well placed.

Popov didn't attack. He was riding at 49 km/h while the peloton was at 40 km/h or so.
Anyway, I can't wait to race the third stage. |

great, great, great!!!!
Clement could keep with puncheurs and is becoming hot candidate for podium if no crashes occur in flat stages...shame that TT is only 12km long

Well I think that it will be between Craven or Clement after the TT. Time bonuses will play in favour of Sicard as well. |
