I'm only riding the classic. If it's a break, i got a good chance with Bagdonas joining it. If it's a sprint i'm hoping Nazon will finally get a lead-out by someone.
why didn't you send Goss here?
Last year he finished second and he's an Aussie so he would have had a bigger chance to get a high spot
Well, i considered it, but with it being so short and only C1 i preferred for another sprinter.

If the startlist is wrong, you really ought to PM me and make sure I change it. Had I not glanced at this topic right now, you would have missed out, and the race would have been with the team in the post. As it is, it will now be fixed, but youre lucky

Would like to have seen more attacking from my Israeli boys, but I wasn't expecting much more than that, without a sprinter. |

at least my team built the best train, unfortunately I would need another lead-out men (they were hidden in bunch) for Mohs

I´m really wondering that Thorsen with FL 61 could survive almost until finish line and achieved (I think great for him) 5th place

Actually, I think its the opposite. If it was simply Mohs following Guillen, I think Mohs could have podiummed.

Well in this particular race, it was basically Guillen sprinting until the final kilometre, then both he and Van Loocke stopped, with Mohs making his move. Had it worked logically, Guillen would do a km, then Van Loocke a km, then Mohs could have been right up there, but thats PCM for you.
Its all a bit pot luck trying to build a sprint train though. It usually tends to be a 1 man leadout, occasionally a 2 man lead out, then sometimes, no lead out at all.
And thanks.

This isn't really ideal start of the season for me. 54th, 56th and 73rd place for my sprinters. I hoped for way better results.
Anyway great report.

Really nice report man. I'm very pleased with 3rd 9th 10th and 10th. Should all be good for my points tally.

Congrats Itt, Allan Davis has got to be well favoured for the Tour Down Under proper as well now! I reckon you'll be having a good Vuelta a Tachira as well, so no doubt a great start for Quiksilver to the season
The usual consistent point scoring from 100% Me. UBS and Mecedes Benz continue to go well. Nice race for Pendletons too, Juan Van Heerdan another to watch in the coming 'week'! On the flip side an anonymous race for Vespa Caffreys and Ikea amongst others - Ikea's race days continue to slip away alarmingly.
Not such a great race for the new teams, Pokerstars the pick, some good points but I guess so much more would have been expected of Mohs.

Well I've got to be happy with my team so far, think that equals my wins for the whole of last season already
Hoping I might get a stage win in the Down Under Tour, not really got the team to go for the overall. |
