First race of the year, and a good start by Balck and Flügel I hope Balck can keep the KOM-jersey.

When Klier opens the sprint in the front, where is my sprinters? How hard can it be for them to sit on the wheel of the grand old man of the team...

Fuck you Rich, couldn't of had your Wiggle boys help out?
At least Dviri rode great, with the sprint points and of course the KOM jersey, shame he couldn't hold on to the pack. |

Gotta be selfish in this world laddy! Dviri just learnt that lesson off "The Sidekick". Good position in the GC after 2 flat stages... and leading the points jersey... right, someone explain that one to me?!

Very disappointing 2nd stage. Bole did ok, but my riders did not even try to sprint, so Croket will hopefully show his worth in the coming stages.

finally good stage for my team, Degenkolb showed himself in short break and Guillen almost achieved podium place in bunch sprint, hope it could be still better in remaining flat stages here

Well Sabatini went off in the chase group of the break, and Siedler really prefers the fully flat stages

Stage 3 should be up later

Can't ask much more of Rast, now I need Dviri to hold the KOM shirt and some crashes that involve riders from the top 10 who aren't Swiss. |

By law of averages, Kennaugh ought to get 1 sprint out of 4 right, so fingers crossed for that in the final 2 stages. Good performances by Froome and Roche though, not only to make the move, but get the time bonuses to push them ahead of Gerrans and Rast. The training of Froome does seem to have been worthwhile.

Should be an interesting battle between Bellis and Haedo for GC. Cannot see anyone else making the top 5 now.
At least Bacardi Colt are up there for the new teams, Pokerstars and more particularly Telenor are having an unlucky race! |
