@Batista15, in the mountain stages, you probably have to use higher effort percentages when using the dot. I usually don't use the dot in the mountains. I use the stay in place command (I get my rider to the first few rows of the peleton). If only a few riders remain and the leaders are taking turns relaying, then I relay as well (one option you have is to relay at a % that won' make you go to the front, 60%?). However, this rarely happens. Usually one of the favourites attacks and I follow. I don't follow the initial attacks on the final mtn. They're usually done by guys who are anywhere from 5-20 position. Just focus on the top 1-3 guys, preferably the strongest one (like Contador in the Tour).

Anyways, to summarize, if you are getting dropped by riders just riding along in the group/peleton when using the dot, then increase the % until you're not moving back in the group and are able to hold your position.

Like Lachi says, if you're at the Tour and your fitness is not i the 90s, then don't expect to stick with the favourites.
