Predicting things? Several things seem fairly obvious to any competant manager. Such as, puncheurs doing hilly races, TTers doing TTs, you know, the obvious things.

Anybody can see the blank race planners files of any of the teams - theyre all in the race planners topic. Smowz has just applied some common sense in terms of races riders are likely to be doing. (Although saying that, some managers make decisions that dont fit the bounds of common sense Pfft)
