Well its your choice, since there was no clause in your Madrazo loan for you to max him out. (And maxing out Madrazo might hurt your hopes in 2012  )

Yeah I know that, but I want to thank the guys loaning me riders out by repaying the favor in order to max them out as much as possible :-)
I know Madrazo will probably win the Vuelta next year, but I could have a slim hope that Santander doesn't promote, then I won't meet him that often

But each team is allowed to change the race for one of their goals, if youd prefer that instead

Can i change from e.a. Philadelphia International, a oneday race to Vuelta a Brugos, a stage race. Both HC ofc.

Do it when you can. If I say a deadline, then some people will inevitably put off doing it until closer to that deadline.
Based on the Calendar though, Continental planners will be needed before ProTour, as 5 CT races will have finished before the PT kicks off.
