I´m afraid I don´t understand...what is the key for allocating of WC?
I know I can´t ask for Monuments and GT´s...ok, so I´ll decide to ask for e.g. Qatar and Deutschland Tour and pay 100.000 (?)...what will happen if 10 teams will ask for the same?

The 100,000 for Stage races makes your team eligible for all of the ProTour stage races.
Ill then ask all those who have paid to list the races they would like a wildcard for, and then to order those races in order of preference. Its then up to me to allocate the wildcards.
There are 14 ProTour stage races, so if 10 people pay for PT Stage race eligibility, every team should get into at least 1 stage race.

Theres no obligation to of course.
But ill point out now, that teams will be judged on their proposed line ups when selecting wildcards, so if you only want to bring your riders who need xp, and none of your maxed out leaders, then youre unlikely to get a rac - unless your best riders are also the ones who need xp. (Teams are judged on the relative strength of their lineup compared to their best lineup)
