Our opinion about Adrian Malori
Adrian was a good helper in our last season, which was his first year for our team. He had no big results so he is on small wage this year. Adrian is still young and he is developing to really good time trialer. The rumours he wants to ride this season in a ProTour team are true, so he has no problem to stay with us. But we aren't against his move if any good offer will arrive for this our young man. But the offer really has to be interesting for us, more likely we would be interested in a trade for sure.

Leaders
Sam Bewley is undoubtedly our strongest rider, many people calls him 'next Tom Boonen'. He is one of the greatest sprinters in the world and great riding on the cobbles is his main quality as well. He will be our leader in races like Tour of Qatar, Milan San Remo, Paris-Roubaix or Tour of Northern Europe. Sam is still only 25 years old, so he can definetely improve himself in the future.
As Bewley is one of the greatest in sprints, then Jerome Coppel is definetely one of the best time trialist in the world. Jerome is still young (26) and he is French, so that means that one of our sponsors - Vittel was really happy when we signed Jerome. His biggest goals in upcoming season will be Paris-Nice, Vuelta a Espana and Chrono des Herbiers.
Sergio Luis Henao Montoya is still only 25 years old, but he already won a mountain stage in Tour de France, so his terrain are mountains, more likely high mountains. He will be our guy for GC in Giro d'Italia and Tour de France and especially he is looking forward to Vuelta a Colombia, where he hopes to show himself on the home ground to the Colombian fans.
Aleksandr Efimkin will be our main gun in hilly classics. Amstel Gold Race, Liege-Bastogne-Liege or Giro di Lombardia will be the races where we are expecting that Alex will bring us some good points. He is our oldest rider in age of 31 and he really helped us in last season to promote us to ProTour, so this Russian rider should help our talents to reach the potential.

I hope no one will be shocked when I revive this thread
There is a rumour that Frantisek Rabon might be finally leaving Lotto - Cervélo after Milkas manager tried to lure him away last season but Lottos manager might be also looking a deal that includes Thomas de Gendt.

P.R. manager of Milka was fired already months ago, but we are unfortunetely still looking after a replacement. But me as general manager of the team will answer instead of him:
Rumours about last year's interest of Milka - Vittel in a rider of team Lotto - Cerveló are absolutely true. We can confirm that the mentioned rider clearly is Frantisek Rabon. We are currently still in talks about sponsors for the next season and nothing is sure for now, but the team is definetely going to be based in the Czech Republic. Frantisek is one of the best Czech riders and he then clearly should be one of our main transfer targets in coming transfer season. A lot of things depends on his wage though.
Thomas De Gendt is a really important rider of our team and at the moment he is going nowhere. But current situation could change really fast in coming transfer season as well.
In other news, we will massively update our HQ in a few days with a lot of news from the team.

Alexander Efimkin has stated in media that he's interested in moving east, closer to his home country. The Kazakh Cisco team's manager, Mr. Pellizotti, is said to be keen on trying to get Efimkin's signature for 2013.
Any comments?

There are really decent chances that Alex Efimkin will leave Milka for 2013. But it depends a lot on his wage after renewals and other available riders as well. The rider himself said that he clearly isn't against a move but he may happily stay in the team if Milka don't receive an acceptable offer.

I'm willing to pay quite a bit for him. Let me know after the renewals, if you're still interested by then.

Whilst we understand that Milka one of the best team time trial squads out there and we certainly understand that Jerome Coppel is probably not available, we wanted to enquire about the availability of 27 year old Maxime Bouet. We are looking for some French riders with Protour experience and he really fits the bill.
You may have read elsewhere that Simply Red Bull are prepared to splash the cash - you'd be wise to listen to those rumours we do!

We will definitely stay in contact with Team Cisco as it seems there are a lot of our riders which could be a possible target for this new sympatic Kazakh team.
We are pleased that we have one of the better squads for time trial and we prefer at the moment to keep most of the riders who can do well in these type of races. Jerome Coppel is the main face of Look bicycle company and as we can confirm that Look stays with us at least for another year, it looks quite impossible he wants to leave us.
The situation around Maxime Bouet is a little bit different, but we definetely prefer to keep him around in our squad as he isn't only a good rider for time trials, but he is a good team mate and a helper as well. But to be honest we have as a team some possible targets in our mind and if we can get riders we want to get, then there is a strong possibility Bouet could leave us if we receive a really good offer.
A little bit more likely we can see a change of a team for another of our French time trialists, which is Ludovic Bret. He said to us that he would like to be part of a French team once again and so we think that team Simply Red Bull could be an ideal opportunity for him.

Management of airBaltic are interested in Belarusian, Hutarovich. They believe he would be a key addition to the team's sprint train, and would also perhaps benefit by riding for a team, situated partly in a nation neighbouring his own.
Any response from the Milka management?
(In other news, I'll try to finish your new jersey tonight )

Yauheni Hutarovich is a good rider and he showed that in the end of the season when he won road race in his national championships, but to be honest, we expected a little bit more from him this season as he had indeed a really bad season.
And as our young sprinter Leigh Howard gets better for the next season and as we will have back another young sprinter Daniel Vesely, I think it will be hard to keep Yauheni as a rider of our squad. We would be happy to help out a new ambitious project in Baltic countries and as we know, he would be really happy if he could be one of riders of airBaltic as well.
And thank you for great news! I think that jersey is gonna be legen.. well.. I think we all here know how good jerseys you can do, can't wait!

Milka - Vittel might remember Aker Solutions - Bergans' interest in Yevgeni Nepomnyachsniy last season, and today ember admits the interest will be there for the coming transfer season aswell. Ole Hirschlein is reported to have been happy in the Norwegian team, as he got the opportunity to ride lots of races, and it's rumoured all his talk about "this Norwegian team" has tempted Nepomnyachsniy to make a move to Aker - MOT for 2013. Ember said earlier today that he thinks highly of Yevgeni, and his young age and aggressive style of racing will suit the newly promoted team perfectly. He also stated he would prefer to get Yegeni on a permanent basis, but he'd have no problems with a loan deal where Aker - MOT pays Yevgeni's wage.
He finished his comment remembering the press that it's Milka's call whether Nepomnyachsniy will be allowed to ride for Aker - MOT next season, and that he also think their team manager, Roman, won't want to let him go, as he rejected the offer last season.
Do you have any comment on the fact that Aker - MOT is once again interested in Yevgeni Nepomnyachsniy?

Roman as manager of Milka definetely remembers last year's interest of Aker Solutions not only in Yevgeni Nepomnyachsniy and Ole Hirschlein, but in Aleksandr Efimkin as well. We were really happy with number of oppurtunities which Ole got in Norwegian team and we are looking forward to the next
cooperation.
It definetely sounds great, that Ole is trying to persuade Yevgeni 'Nepo' Nepomnyachsniy to join a team where he reportedly felt really great. But I am afraid that Nepo's future is going to be connected with Milka. He is young, he is getting still better and better and he has his twin Alexandr in the team with him as well. And the most importantly we feel that he is capable of being a really important rider of the team in the future and maybe even in coming season as well. We are sad to say it, but at the moment I think he is going to stay with our team.

We can't say more than what we already said to Team Cisco:
There are really decent chances that Alex Efimkin will leave Milka for 2013. But it depends a lot on his wage after renewals and other available riders as well. The rider himself said that he clearly isn't against a move but he may happily stay in the team if Milka don't receive an acceptable offer.

Heine, the manager of VolksWagen-Mapei has recently talked about his admiration for Alex Efimkin. Could Efimkin be on his way to the German team?

The British sprinter, Mark Cavendish has been massively linked to Project 1t4i lately. But one his conditions are that he will receive plenty of support from the team. He pointed out that he would like to have Leigh Howard as lead - out man. There are already rumors that Project 1t4i have contacted Howard, who is currently under contract with Milka.
What's Milka's position on this affair?

The situation around Alex Efimkin is still same and we can't really give Volkswagen-Mapei a better answer than we already had for teams Cisco and Tinkoff, sorry.
A transfer of Leigh Howard doesn't seem very likely as we are looking forward to at least giving a try to create a proper lead-out for our main star Sam Bewley. We support the idea that Project 1t4i is trying to create a strong support for their future sprinter quite similarly like we, but we think that Leigh should be an important part of our future.
If management of Project 1t4i don't mind, we would like to offer them another fast rider - Michael Vanderaerden. He is supposedly really keen on to leaving Milka for the next season and a Dutch team could be an ideal opportunity for him. Is there any chance that Project 1t4i could be interested in him?
