Team Bianchi press release: Loaning out riders
Team Bianchi announces that at the moment, there are 5 riders we would like to loan out to ProTour teams
Andreas Stauff
Andreas Stauff is a good sprinter (70 at flat, 75 in sprint and 77 in accleration he is at level 3 and 46 points
Jude Libert
Jude Libert is a climber (74) and has a good punch (75) with level 4 and 0 points
Tommy Zaini
Tommy Zaini is a very promising rider that is even now a good helper and he is still progressing! His strength are the one day classics (76 in hills) and likes to attack a lot (80 in fighter) his level is 4 and 46 points
Artemio Moschella
Moschella is a young good climber (74 in mountain and fighter) at level 3 and 23 points
Jérémie Allain
Allain is the prototype of a young watercarrier (69 in hills) at level 3 and 20 points, his strength is he is french!
My restriction is to accept that they should get the maximum race points they need to have to be at maximum (for example Zaini) or as much XP they could get this season (for example Moschella)
For Zaini you should at least take a bit (let's say 50/50 so it's down on 60k you take) of his salary as he is a good rider and likes cycling but he also likes money..
I prefer teams that are willing to take over a bit, the half or the full wage of the riders but you can also make "offers" if you aren't willing to pay as I also look on "how much they fit to the team"

Carmeuse - Bouygues Telecom (a Belgian/French ProTour team) would be quite interested in loaning Libert. We'd like to enquire whether his wage is still €50,000

Yes, the rider wages are at 50k except Zaini (you can make your mind up above how much his wage is)

Zaini would be a very interesting loanie for Team Festina, and a perfect match for Diego Ulissi. He would also be promised a spot at the Giro d'Italia...
We will make sure he is maxed out, so he is ready to take a great role at your team from the next season. The money we are to pay, is a discussion we will have to take, as we are not prepared to pay more than domestique-wage, as he would only be a helper at our team.

Milka - Vittel will seriously consider to make a bid for Jérémie Allain, but definetly we can't gurantee we would want to pay his full wage, at least in this moment.

As Bianchi is at the moment more interested in getting sprinters, mountain and hill classic riders, the deal should have an extra as the core of the Team Bianchi (Ciolek, Monfort, Gil, Rabon) are important to their team and the teams goals

Team Festina have the perfect match for Bianchi in Blaise Sonnery. Blaise is both a climber, and a sprinter and should be able to do very fine in a team like Bianchi.

Sonnery is in our eyes a sprinter who can climb better then any sprinter but won't get a grip in the CT as he can compete with the likes of Ciolek, the whole Pokerstars team etc. and so wouldn't be a good extra with Nolf for Claeys or Ciolek or Monfort
But we could loan out Zaini to Festina

Zaini would be interesting... We do also have young french sprinter (not many of those available) - Anthony Lavoine (80 sprint)... But we are not interested in letting Nolf go + another rider for any of those, as we feel the chance that Nolf will outscore all is quite high.

Pendleton's would be interested in a loan deal for Zaini, including a stipulation that he reaches full potentiaal.

I don't think Nolf will outscore higher then the likes of all the mentioned riders
Monfort got Top 10 in the individual standings, Ciolek had a season with bad luck and Claeys has more races to point a lot then Nolf with just cobble races so we aren't interested anymore in getting Nolf
To the interested PT teams loaning Team Bianchi riders:
I think as there are many interested teams, we should wait for the transfer season to discuss further as I said every team has a chance to get a rider but I won't just look at "how much wage would a team take over if so" but also how much my riders fit into your team

It`s no secret that Ciolek wasn`t able to bring the expected results.
Also no secret that the manager of Rothaus-Aegon is a big fan of the young German sprinter.
So it`s quite obvious that they want to form their team around him.
Any response on the possibility of this transfer? |

Ciolek would be available if Bianchi gets in return a sprinter who is as good as Ciolek (Flat 75, Sprint 81, Accleration 80, good stamina and recovery) with the same wage (around 180k) as we need a sprinter

To what degree would the team be interested in a swap with Anthony Lavoine? Anthony was almost never used as the leadout last year, hence has not gotten results. Much like Ciolek hasn't. His wage is extremely low though, and could free up some cap space. 100.000 € are rumoured to be put ontop, so getting a rider at almost similar level, french race bonus, and freeing up cap space, and getting 100.000 to train Lavoine has to be an acceptable offer La Gazzetta dello Sport writes in todays newspaper.

Volkswagen would be interested in makeing a deal with Bianchi for Ciolek, we got sprinters that lack the max speed of Ciolek, but they got good side stats and we could maybe add something extra to the a deal.
Sprinters that could used in a deal:
Vaitkus (78 flat, 72 TT, 74 Stamina, 81 Recovery, 70 cobble, 78 Sprint, 76 Acc, 77 Fighter), he had a good season last year, winning Fyen Rundt.
Vedel Kvist (75 flat, 74 Stamina, 80 recovery, 71 cobble, 77 sprint, 78 acc, 75 fighter)
Both are sprinters who can get good results with their good overall stats.
As Ciolek is a better sprinter than them I could let something extra into a deal to make it more fair. Maybe a talent like Østergaard or the all-terrain helper Florencio.
