Yeah, Colom is too far back in the GC to do anything, but he was attacking in Stage 3, and I don't think he's injured. You can't count out a good result on a stage, plus Corioni could do something on the final crit as well.

That was a reasonable stage for my team, Vasquez didn't lose time.
Waiting for the mountains. |

Won't see the mountains tonight. Monday Night Football with the Redskins
I should have stage 4 up tuesday evening (late, so Europeans should expect to see it Wednesday). |

No one from my team makes a move, therefore I'm predicting a very nice GC position in the end. |

Stage 5 up shortly
I must note that there is an error with the stage list in the first post. The sixth stage is a 210 km flat stage. After that is the route resumes as listed. The race is therefore 9 stages, not 8

Not bad, not bad. Although I doubt that Vasquez is able to hold on to a top10 in the following stages.
Also, I've just realized that would be much better if I've brought Kiryenka instead of Vasquez. |

4 riders in top 8 of the stage, 2 on the podium and Goss finally gets a win. Perfect stage for us I would say

Ah, thats why routes always need to be checked before you start the race. I must have added in another mountain stage for the race to make it a bit more interesting, but its too late to do anything about that now

Hey everyone - sorry about the big delay for the finish, a bunch of unexpected stuff came up that made it so I couldn't finish it until this weekend. Anyway, stage 8 will be up shortly, with the finishing crit up later tonight or (more likely) early (my time) tomorrow.
thanks for your patience |

10th overall, not good, not bad. Also nice to see Pacheco in the breakaways, after falling early in the race. |

I guess
I noticed that there was only 86 riders in the results for stage and gc, which was one less then there had been previously, but couldn't put my finger on who wasn't there. I certainly didn't see an abandonment notice, although a few riders crashed near the finish.

too bad that van der Hugenhaben crashed and lost his GC place.
But Goss got a second stage win so I can't be anything but happy.

I didn't even remember that Nvidia was participating. Anyhow, they did good enough.
