Apart from agreeing with all of CT's, i predict that this year we are going to see a surprise World Champion and one of the cobble favorites to be caught right before all the cobble classics.

Cadel Evans will be second once again in the Giro.
Sastre will win the Giro.
Ivan Basso will be in top 3 of Le Tour - better than Nibali and Kreuziger.
Cancellara will win Flanders and Giro di Lombardia next year and he will wear maillot jaune in first week of Le Tour again.

Somebody will break the recor of the longest alone breakaway and will arrive whith more then 45 minutes before the Pack
More seriously, Evans will loose again and again, Farrar will beat Cavendish, and it will be a more boring year then the previous
When Nothing goes rigth, go left...

Climbers will be happy, GTs this year are so montanious with little tt. A climber GT is good but all 3 the same year is insane.

Actually I think some will do quite good, like Andy. But the spanish, yeah they'll hate it.
**remembers Amstrong's book where cobbles+rain=a lot of spanish falling.**

Predicition: Cancellara will win every ITT he rides.
I dont really know where the the cobbles are in the race, but i really hope the good classic riders make it like a cobbled race. Guarenteed that GC favorties will split up.
Edit: Nvm that, only 13 km of cobbles :/

I'm 100% certain

Evans will have been on the podium for every GT by the end of the year, yet still not winning anything
Sky will be dissapointing
Haussler for Milan-San Remo
Valverde wins Vuelta
Cancellara will do suprisingly well in TDF GC standings but will ditch the cobbled classics
and....
Tom Boonen will test positive for cocaine and will somehow take Alan Davis's spot in the TDF (even though they race on different teams) |

Boonen wins Paris-Roubaix
Nicki Sørensen winning another tour stage
Contador finally caught doping
And the bold one: José Rujano wins the Giro |

Rujano is cocky as hell. 3rd best climber in the world? More like 13th to 23rd. I think he will be like 5th or 6th in the Giro.

Here's another round:
- People will realize Farrar is nowhere near as good as they think he is in a sprint, but just has a knack for following the right wheel
- People will realize Farrar is far more rounded than they give him credit for when he's right there in the mix on the cobbles
- The Giro will disappoint everyone when nothing much happens on the climbs other than the Zoncolan.
- Petacchi will show he still has it (he was faster than Cavendish at the Giro last year, you don't go from that to zero in one year). He'll also miss the Tour through no fault of his own....but really, will that surprise anyone? It happens every year
- something

- Basso will finish on the Tour podium.
- Kreuziger will finish on the Vuelta podium.
- The Lotto boys will have a miserable season again, except for another Flanders podium for Gilbert and maybe a top 15 in a GT for Van den Broeck.
- Haussler will win Milano - San Remo.
- Evans will finish on the Giro podium, probably because of a puncture on the Zoncolan.
- Petacchi will get at least three Giro stages.
- Cunego will win Giro di Lombardia.
- Gilbert isn't going to win this third Paris - Tours.
- The Garmin boys will do 10 times worse than last year.
- Hincapie's legendarily poor luck at Paris - Roubaix will strike again.
And the bold one:
- Michael Boogerd will somehow return to cycling and will be in
top shape for the Amstel Gold Race, where he will be defeated again in the final sprint by a reinvigorated Danilo Di Luca.
