The evidence is there, the Italians have used it.

We can't just say "Oh Dick Pound & Buddies say he's ok for now, so he's clean"

I don't even believe Basso and Scarponi were "attempting to dope" a few years ago.

I mean, it was only the Italians that banned them, so we might as well discard those as not meaning anything.
