i am happy being poor. I just dont want you teams to be full of good riders as it becomes bored to me. You should make you team to certain stats. For example so many riders over a 76 ave a few others over 74 etc etc |

The Roster is full. Now I will make a database. I really doubdt I will use those stats you asked, as nearly all riders wuold be the Great riders with age under 23!!! So sorry, if you'll find your stats lower that you asked  And, sadly, but as a team manager I should decide, who will be in team and who will not, as you placed too many riders. I think the Team will concentrate on stage races, so we will want there climbers and stageracers preferably.
Now, about the Team. I suggest to use Amica Chips. It had beautiful jerseys.

I'm the only sprinter  hope i get one top 5 in the season. At least i can climb slightly so wont get eliminated from stage races |

So, let's stay with this stats? Let's decide what races we will perticipate. Everyone should tell three preferable races (not more than one Pro-Tour race). I making a DB on the PCMDaily East-European basis, so you should see if your races are in.
For me it's Giro d'Italia, Five rings of Moscow and Tour of Slovenia
