I think you should edit your finances, just enough to get plus at the end of year.
And go for sprints and Kom points if you can't get good places at the finish.

You also need to sack your staff. There'll be a big minus every month, and with a team like Halfords you have no chance of clearing the debt. You also can't hire new staff, because you have no money. With a small team part of the fun is training new talents - this you can't do.
Way I see it, you have two options.
1. Restart
2. Edit you finances. I haven't done this since PCM06, but I can't see any reason why you can't open the save and give yourself a cash injection.
Is there a thread anywhere to tell you how to do this anywhere and should I sack all my staff or should I keep a scout and a trainer? |

Sack the ones who are being paid the high salaries. When I started a game with CandiTV I had an immediate minus at the end of the first month because of a legendary doctor and international trainer.
To try and edit, download the Advanced Editor and open up your save game. I'm not sure which tables you'll need to edit - DYN_fin would be one I guess. Just look through - there's a fair chance you'll be able to work it out yourself.
If not, try the search function on the forum.
EDIT - It's something I used to do at the end of every season in PCM06. I haven't played a career since then that I wanted to continue passed the first year, so am a bit out of practise.

Will I get sacked at the end of the month or at the end of the year? |

Tour of Qatar Stage 2:
After less than five kms the first breakaway formed.
About a minute later a chasing group set off.
After another three kilometers a lot of the riders fell back to the peleton but five carried on and became "The Breakaway Of The Day"
After the breakaway was caught with about twenty five kms to go the peleton started to split.
The peleton remended itself with less than a km to go but sadly my sprinter Robert Hayles had wasted all his energy just keeping with the front group so he was useless. In the end the winner was...
Roeldants of Silence-Lotto
I will post the results of the GC tommorow as I have two pieces of hw for tommorow and I forgot to take a screenshot of it.
Enjoy!
