First of all here are few rules:
DB: PCM.daily 2009 DB (with very few minor changes)
Difficulty: Hard (with possibility to switch to Extreme)
No training camps, no downhill attacks for achieving tricky wins
Evolution of attributes and budget:

So here it is. I´ve chosen Italian Continental team Acqua & Sapone - Caffe Mocambo. Hope all of you will forgive me my choice
I have 2 pure leaders:
Stefano Garzelli, Italian veteran rider. His main goal will be Giro d´Italia. Hopefully he´ll be ready to prove his strenght in many other races.
Luca Paolini, n1 for spring and autumn classics. It´s especially up to him if we´ll receive WC for important races (TA, MSR, Giro)
Main helpers and "black horses" of my team:
Francesco Masciarelli, bright future of ASA. Main helper during Giro this year.
Another Francesco, Failli. He is not such talented as Masciarelli, but could be very useful in some minor races. But his main goal for this season will be fight for climber jersey on TA.

I think goals are realistic, some of them are really hard. It´ll be real challenge for me

I wanted to send Marzoli into BOTD, but Barloworld didn´t let him go away. These guys were more successful and made gap more then 7 mins. Noone of my riders joined, best-known name was Sep Vanmarcke (do you remember him in my An Post SKT story? )
Sep Vanmarcke was strongest from his group and was still in front with 3 km before line.
But peloton, with well positioned Paolini (and Hunter on his back) was close, too close.
Last kilometer! Vanmarcke (174) were finally caught. Carrara in front ahead of Gatto, Paolini...Hunter tries to move forward, Paolini must react as well.
Last corner, Carrara still in front, Gatto can´t follow anymore. Will either Paolini or Hunter able to beat him?
NO! Matteo Carrara holds small advantage until line and takes great win. Luca finishes 2nd ahead of Hunter.
1st start = 1st podium => I´m satisfied.

I saw my pictures on 22" monitor today and they are really terrible!!! Explanation: I play on 14" laptop and use 19" monitor at home and they look much better here...
