Here we go....unequal struggle. Cavendish has a train. Petacchi doesn't.

Overhead view: Petacchi was faster, but he was way behind. That's because Davis knocked him out of position before the sprint with a pretty decent move Smile

one of them could have, but someone would have had to lead it out and they would never have. No one wanted to, hence they slowed down

Yes, he went for the intermediate sprint too. Got 3rd behind Visconti who's leading that classification.

That was a T.V. sprint, it's different from the points classification.
