So, statistically, no team from Europe has ever won the World Cup outside Europe. And ever since 1962, it's been either a past winner, the home country who won it.
Thus, there's only Uruguay and Argentina able to win it now.
Who could potentially meet in the final.
And to also point out the obvious both teams have light blue kits.

Luckily there were guys like Simon Poulsen to help us along the way Likkivi
And you really lost your eyes somewhere in your live. The fouls on Robben were unbelievable. Typical South American

Lol. Every single foul made on Robben this match was diving. The one where he tries to make Bastos get a 2nd yellow card and just jumps in the air without being hit at all. LOL. (this freekick actually leads up to the first goal which makes alot more crappy than it already was)
Holland = fail. Everyone in the world should wish for Holland to loose with 5+ goals in the next match. Even dutch people. Did you ever contemplate meeting a shrink ?
So much hatred will eventually cause you health problem, I tell you. |

I don't hate Holland. I just give a objective report of how bad they sucked. |

That contradiction in that, the sheer amounts of oxymoron contained in those words...

Why would you hate a part of the Netherlands? Just seems irrational. |

To all the people who think it's the defensive flaws of Brazil that set up the goals maybe it'sa good to remind you that the only Brazil goal was a HUGE defensive blunder.
To all the people who blame the Dutch for over the top diving: Robben is injured like every other month so he always avoids contact. In the first half he already got clipped aggressively two or more times, one in the first minute (!).
Brazil has this in their blood. Nobody on their team stood out because they do it all. Van Marwijk mentioned it in the post game interview, that in the first half they were more aggressive, professional, just falling a little sooner and protesting a little harder, and we let that take us out of the game.
To Lorkan: you're right we're playing a modern kind of catenaccio. You live and learn. We want to win this thing for once, know what I mean?
Football is a sport of contact, if he wants to avoid them, he just has to play basketball, there he won't have to dive nor cry.
There has been a lot of times where some other players than Kaka or Robinho would have fallen when they were pushed, and when they actually fell, they didn't whine like Robben did.
And nobody did as much fouls as Van Bommel again...
I just hope they'll never influence Kuyt, who is, contrary to the two I mentionned, a real footballer...
And when I was talking about Italy, I didn't mean catenaccio... more commedia dell'arte. But you're right, I know what you mean, I saw my country winning it once. |

Haha, I cannot believe you said that.
Of course, to go to basketball, you'd have to be good at it. Maybe he's not. But he's good at football. So he plays that. There are lightweights in every contact sport, that avoid contact.
Also, Kuyt dives.

You know what I mean, the rules prevent you to push your opponents too much
Talking about lightweights, Stockton was one but anyway, he wasn't always crying about it. |

I saw brazilians guys on the flanks, rushing while being pushed, but still trying to stay on their legs... but I guess we haven't seen the same match
It's ok, I've found the third country with the biggest ego after France and Italy, and I have no more time to talk about "football", I'm just curious to see what this Ghana team is gonna do tonight.

You'd be surprised on how much it hurts to stay in the zone. |

I can believe you, and when I wait for the basket players to finish their training and free the gym, I can see it, however they don't all fall like little girls.

Sure but he's taking advantage of the way it's called. Also, like I said he got tackled hard twice and no yellow, the tone was set to avoid tackles and complain every time. For years we've been jobbed by teams like your country's and we've learned it's 'professional'.
That being said Robben is overexposed here, Brazil do it too as said. And besides Robben basicly nobody really does it beyond what's usual.
Van Bommel is our functional asshole. Pitbull type of player with extremely high football smarts. Every team needs one of those and I'm glad he's back.
It's not even close. Italians complain about everything, waste time, flop, ask for cards.. players that don't are the exception. And like I said, to an extent it's professional or supposed to be. If you can't beat them, join them, and then beat them. |
