Maybe EBH <-> Sagan will become something like Cancellara <-> Boonen. Would be epic |

Yes! I would like to see EBH let loose unlike this season, some of the stages in the last Tour I believe he could of challenged Sagen

I would love to see Henao and Uran leave Sky. They're too good to just be mountain domestiques for Wiggins. |

They haven't been domestiques for Wiggins this year. They had a free role in the Ardennes classics and were GC men in the Giro. OK, they were domestiques for Froome in the Vuelta, but after that they led the team for Il Lombardia. I'm sure they'll continue to get plenty of opportunities

Henao didn't ride any race alongside Wiggins this year... Uran rode Paris - Nice as the only race alongside him.. so your argument here is invalid.
Uran was usually a leader in all races he started except Vuelta Volta a Catalunya, Giro d'Italia, late Classics ( and in other few races he helped Henao for example ). Henao meanwhile lead at Tour de Pologne, Pais Vasco, Burgos, late Classics alongside Uran, same with Giro. Same as Uran, the only race Henao was a 'pure' domestique was Vuelta... so saying they didn't have opportunities because they had to work for Wiggins is total rubbish.

Uran was supposed to be the domestique for Wiggins in the 2011 Tour and would have been if he hadn't crashed out.
I want to see all these Colombian climbers enter GTs as outright leaders, just for fun on the mountains |

BMC sign a young American called Larry Warbasse, helped Joe Dombrowski win the baby Giro and 5th in Ronde de l'Isard which is very mountainous, sounds a good rider

this is the Armstrong influence coming through
he may have had a troubled past, but his impact for American riders in the peloton is huge |

The Armstrong effect is definitely true, but it's not the only reason cycling has really taken off here the last few years. The interest in using sport for exercise for everyday people has also led to a lot more people taking up the sport. With that said, the juniors ranks are actually not growing that fast. Cycling is a sport that, even in boom times, is still mainly taken up by people in their 20s, who have the money to buy their own stuff, and who, because of work and social life, can no longer play ball sports for exercise. They can either run or bike or swim, and people choose one, two, or all three.
The reason I say that is because most of the up and coming Americans are actually not Armstrong-effect candidates. Dombrowski got into cross country mountain biking, then cross, then road riding (he was a Cat. 4 on the road, what I am now, two years ago, although he was a high level MTBer at that point). Most of the rest have parents that were hardcore riders, and it's pretty natural they'd get into the sport as well. |

I'd agree with that, I'm exactly that guy in my 20's haha, nice to see the new era of hopefully clean, American cyclists! |

Modolo has apparently renewed for 2 years with Colnago-CSF Inox.

Apparently Sky is willing to give up Cavendish to Omega-Pharma Quickstep, if they can get Kwiatkowski in return... |

Please, don't let that happen. I really like Kwiatkowski, but it would all be ruined if he moved to Sky.

I don't see why there is so much hatred for Sky? Sure they haven't necessarily been the most exciting to watch, but they're still a class act, bringing together a good squad, despite not being the richest team. Why so much agro? |

Oh, but they are. They, BMC, Katusha and Astana can spend basically all the want.

When you have 20 riders in your team who could be a leader, some of them will not be leaders. That takes them out of the competition and thus reduces the quality of the sport as a whole.
