That's a great ride, can't see him losing white now unless he cracks completely.

Then, it will be exciting to follow the documantery, which will follow him 24/7 to prove he is not doped.

Just Capelli out of limit -.- Poor guy.
So Fothen is still inside, we`ll see him fighting against the limit a few more times.
He wanted to ride a good GC this year in top 20

Garzelli's ride was astonishing he's going to win this with no real competition. Where was this guy last week?
That`s maybe the reason why he wasn`t there last week. He wanted to win at least one stage, so he saved his energy for today.
Probably he realised that top 5 wasn`t realistic for him this year. |

So Arroyo loses ~1:30 to the main contenders today, give or take a few seconds.
Question: What are his chances to remain on the podium at the finish line?
For argument's sake, we give 1 and 2 to Basso and Evans in some order.
Meaning that Arroyo has to hold onto:
2:30 on Porte
4:20ish on Sastre, Vino, and Nibali
4:45 or so on Scarponi.
Noting that all of those times are really rough estimates...what's the chance of it happening?
EDIT: It's actually a little (~20-30 seconds) better for him than I thought with regards to Vino, Sastre, Nibali, Scarponi, they weren't as close to Evans as I remembered.

He was less than a minute behind Basso before Saturday's stage, and then he decided to save his legs the two next days? Sorry, I don't really believe that. |

I guess Gerdemann states the fact that you can not have stages like this if you want a clean peloton.
Hows that? Its not like he has fallen off his bike half way through the Time Trial.
Its just that Gerdemann is a complete joke, to much expectation drawn on him, that he dreams on fullfilling, maybe he should have worked longer with Mr Ferrari, he should learn to go on stages rather then the GC.
And as isso wrote i wouldnt trust this guy.
Wow to Garzelli who made up 54 seconds on Evans in the last 20 minutes of the tt.

I agree. Garzelli is one of those guys that rides at the front of the pack whenever he can, and tries to respond to every attack. I find it hard to believe that he deliberately gave up on the GC to fight for stage wins. He just couldn't hang on the pace both in Monte Grappa and Zoncolan.
But obviously the rest day was beneficial for him. Has he got a chance in the KoM?

If anyone wants to win the KoM they pretty much have to go on the attack every single day of this coming week. Otherwise the GC contenders win too many by way of mountain top finishes.
