Yes, he did. It is a race for elite-2 and u23 riders. Wout won two stages. One stage was canceled due to lack of signalmen. One stage was won by Mathieu v/d Poel. Mathieu crashed on the 3rd stage, so I don't know how much it influenced his results, but man, Van Aert is some talented guy as well.
Meanwhile in China Gavazzi wins his second stage, while Davidenok takes the overall.

Todays TTT taken by CCC continues their and Adria'a dominance in this race, with Rogina of Adria ahead by over 1 minute he looks set to take the GC if he stays out of trouble in this evenings tricky flat stage
