Who got the "mountain" jersey in De Panne?
There is no KoM jersey in we panne ![Wink](../images/smiley/wink.gif)
Pretty sure there is one IRL, but I believe you
And OMG WE'RE DONE!!!!
I look it up again as soon as I'm on my computer but I don't think there was a mountain sprint on any of the stages...
Not, it isnt KoM in PCM 2013 De Panne stages. |

And the team ranking. Omega Pharma keeps a comfortable lead. The rest of the top 5 is being streched out, but they hold a safe gap. It's BMC leading the rest after a very succesfull Driedaagse. Europecar is by far the best Continetal team and is looking very good for promotion. Euskaltel and Saxo are safe as well for the moment after a good Catalunya. After the big gap, Astana, Orica, Katusha, FDJ, AG2R and Lampre will have to fight to stay in the World Tour, while Androni, MTN, Colombia and Cofidis are hopnig to kick them out.

Well, nice tactics by IAM in Oman, ruining Stromberg's race by having someone else win the stage. Walker just missing out on the points jersey.
But Evans moves up in to the top 5. What a statement that is, 5th in Oman. Look out Nibali and Quintana, Cadel is coming for you.
Spoiler The preceding paragraph may have been sarcasm
And part 1 done . Pretty happy with the rankings, I'll take 6th at the end of the season. Also, check De Mesmaeker out; Novo Nordisk flying up the rankings now. He's got more points than a lot of custom riders and most of my riders. He's ahead of Blythe and Santaromita!

Would have expected Hinault to be higher up. Granted his only result was in the Crit Int but a GC win should have boosted him higher upwards.
Would be more worried about FDJ if Vacansoleil were not so far down. That and our best guys have loads of race days still to come.
Going to go look in more detail at the points system because some of that looks really odd to me

Okay: When I add all individual ranking points of Katusha riders together I get 1809, in the ranking it says only 671.
I know that was probably a punishment for the guy who managed Katusha before. I somehow think it is unfair putting these points in the overall ranking, I guess it won't change anything when I complain but I still will do.
To remove points is obviously also a punishment for the guys like me that joined for Part 2 and took teams that were taken before by unreliable managers. I absolutely agree that I should not have points that were made before to take to my advantage at improving riders, but I think the ranking that decides about relegation should be kept clear of punishments. To me it doesn't make any sense that teams like Katusha or Astana are in danger of relegation although they had some decent results. Just my oppinion ![Grin](../images/smiley/grin.gif) |

In my opinion, they are where they should be. You still have enough chances to save yourself. Without the penalties, Katusha and Astana would be near the top 5. But it would be unfair to the active managers not to punish Katusha for their previous manager's absence. I'll take a look tomorrow to see if I can reduce the penalties, but don't expect too much of it

Just my oppinion ![Grin](../images/smiley/grin.gif)
In my opinion, they are where they should be. You still have enough chances to save yourself. Without the penalties, Katusha and Astana would be near the top 5. But it would be unfair to the active managers not to punish Katusha for their previous manager's absence. I'll take a look tomorrow to see if I can reduce the penalties, but don't expect too much of it ![Smile](../images/smiley/smile.gif)
IMO the team that performed best should be on top and so on. Active Managers shouldn't have it easier to get a good ranking just because others are inactive not because their team performed better. Also what about teams that never were taken like Bretagne (i think) they don't get punished. I think points that are used to improve riders and so on should be reduced as a punishment and not the ones that are an indicator of how well the team performed in races. In the end it's your decision though and I will have to live with it. ![Smile](../images/smiley/smile.gif) |

Reduce the penalty or don't, I don't really care. I like the challenge to make my way upwards in the ranking, so I won't start lamenting ![Smile](../images/smiley/smile.gif)

can I get a applause please?
unless I'm mistaken I have won every edition of Tour of Oman in the story games section.
(Luis León Sánchez (Triks Custom Season) in UCPCL)
(Thomas Peeters (Team Europcar) in EPIC)
don't think there were any other Tour of Oman's

Maybe an interesting announcement: World Tour will be reduced to 16 teams next season.
Looking at the team rankings, the teams are very different in ways of getting points.
OPQS are first becaus eof their goood results in certain races: TDU, Qatar, Paris-Nice, E3, just a miss in Wevelgem. They rely heavily on their stars to get points, and they don't disappoint. The only question is if they can keep up the racedays.
Belkin is different, it's everyone scoring points, although at the cost of most race days of all teams. Their leaders aren't disappointing, and their 2 custom riders are scoring a lot of points as well, but they also have Wynants at 183, Ten Dam at 80, Martens at 66, Tjallingii at 62, Garate at 60 an a dozen other riders in points.
Movistar is getting a lot of points in the stage races (close to 1500 with just Tirreno and P-N combined), but failing in the classics.
Cannondale relies heavily on Peter Sagan, it will be interesting to see when his race days runs out.
