Remmert Wielinga ---> Itera - Katusha

We like to watch the news of smaller riders like Contador, Menchov and the latest chapter in the Dopestrong scandal.

Cândido Barbosa has decided that he wants to ride another season....despite the fact that he's already retired and even hosted a retirement party with friends, teammates and family.

Well he obviously wants a second party, there can be no other explanation Grin

Looking back through the transfers, aside from Leopard since they're a new team, I'd say Sky did the best dealing.

They got rid of some of the dead wood that I just had no idea why they had signed in the first place, and every rider they signed is quality (well, Hunt is debatable, but nobody's perfect).

Scimone revealed that Menchov has a get out clause in his standard UCI contract and could leave Geox-TMC. But this is because the team failed to secure ProTeam status, not for the lack of a Tour de France invitation

Your move, Saxo Bank (and Katusha, Astana and Movistar who are also rumoured to be interested).

Markus Eichler (Pegasus) -> Team NSP

He is supposed to be their leader in one day classics.
Really like this transfer.

Ben Day also finds a new team after the Pegasus breakdown, joining Kenda-Geargrinder.

Team NSP is still looking for one more rider. They will announce after their training camp.
I personally hope for Rohregger as he is one of the best still Pegasus riders.
But this might not very realistic.

CrueTrue
Well, it doesn't look like Rohregger has any other options, so he may as well take the huge pay cut and go with NSP.

With not realistic I meant, that they won`t probably offer him anything. I am quite sure he would sign immediately.
But calling Eichler a big transfer coup doesn`t sound like another "big name" with Pro Tour experience.
Another name would be Markus Fothen, but also nobody really knows there are rumours that he retired to overtake his parents` farm.

So I think they will get another young German, unknown rider.
But we will see later ^^

With Christina Watches' new co-name sponsor, Furlan is almost set to sign with the team.
