The reason for Citys poor performance was probably due to so many of their players being from non-british countries. They entered Wales and probably thought they had wandered into Mordor.
You are partially correct. But city is a bunch of expensive indivisuals who all think they are as good as Ronaldinho. Where as Cardiff are a team of talanted indivisuals who play as a team and this is also the same with teams like Swansea. Teams like City fail for a reason
Totally agree with you on this point City players are only in it for the money |

0-2 over WBA is a strong result. We played brilliantly though WBA challenged us on the counter a fair few times.

Well I dare say Tottenham could have better timed the official announcement of Bale leaving the club. Don't think the fans wanted to have a 1-0 defeat to the Gunners compounded by Bale finally being confirmed as going to Real Madrid. |

Even though it irks me to say this, i have to admit that the Best team won today between Liverpool and Man United
Liverpool bossed the game throughout and United just didn't seem to have any urge to threaten the Liverpool goal |

Apparently Ronaldo was the reason the transfer took so long to complete, he didn't want Bale to get paid more than him
And it betters the deal for Ronaldo as well

Chelsea, Man City and Tottenham might have spent the most money, but Liverpool really got the smartest deals so far. Getting rid of Carroll, Downing, Shelvey and an increasingly complacent Reina and bringing in Mignolet, Toure (on a free transfer!), Iago Aspas and now MAMADOU FREAKIN SAKHO! If only Moyes would take a note or two. |

Then whats with Arsenal?
All those benchwarmers and overpriced wagers to Crystal Palace or where ever..
Ok they haven't buyed someone really decent or let's say someone who is already in their progress close to finished or finished.

Have you ever heard anything about Neymar's transfer? Sometimes the digits said don't correspond to reality. |

Dunno whether it's 100% confirmed, but how about Özil?

Christ! Someone paid £86 for a footballer. What a crazy world !
I could have saved up for a week and bought Gareth Bale. Not sure what I'd do with him. |
