Half way through first season with Wanty, had a few good results including a top 10 finish in Ronde (with Leukemans) 6 wins so far in the season including a nice win in the Belgian NC with, you guessed it, Leukemans! (after a hard day in the wind, no break away really got away and it meant that it was raced at high pace all day, this exhausted everyone but Leukemans so I decided to attack 28km from the finish when the pace dropped and no one could chase apart from a very tired BMC rider, and we won with a 2 mins advantage in the end)
Other than that we stand 4th out of the CT teams in the CQ Rankings but we dont have any riders to take us up to WT so promotion will be a no go.
Got a Belgian jersey for Leukemans, I think it looks nice!

Wow, nice achievement with Leukemans, sounds like a nice career.
I have also started something new (again...). I really wanted to try something different so I started my first actual career on extreme, and secondly, I took CCC Polsat, which I've never played with before. A really nice team, although I'm not too fond of Rebellin IRL.
Playing on extreme is really nice, since you worship good results far more. I was very happy about a sixth place by Marczynski in Langkawi for instance, beating someone like Kelderman (sorry jesleyh ). And the losses are also more intense, it was my most frustrating PCM moment in a long time when Cunego took the polkadot at Tirreno by one point on the very last KoM sprint from Rebellin.
But the results are slowly getting better; after I was only able to collect a few mountain jerseys in the beginning, I could score the first win of the season in a sprint stage in Taiwan with Matysiak and Paterski currently sits in second overall after three stages. And we got a wildcard for the Giro, which is great but also messes up the planning a little. But I'm still very excited.

If they did it right it should be the best places in each competition. So if GC-time is the same, its finishing places, for sprints it could be the same or places in intermediate sprints and for KoM it should be the better places in KoM sprints.

Normally, the names of young talents are formed by putting together a first name and a surname that are picked from a list randomly?
Am I right?
Anyway, my question is if it's possible to see the list of these names for a certain country anywhere? |

just threw away a (breakaway) stage win as a CT team due to something stupid. changed relay effort from 65% to 60% suddenly got dropped. so yeah that pissed me off today

I played a little further, I'm at the end of march now. I was able to add three more wins, Matysiak scored another stage win in Taiwan, Vitaly Buts (who I signed as a free rider) won from a 150km solo breakaway in the Settimana Coppi e Bartali and Rebellin won the Route Adelie de Vitre from a late attack. Matysiak finished third in both the Route Adelie and the Vuelta a la Rioja. Oh and Rebellin was fifth at the Criterium International. The season is really picking up, I'm currently the fourth best PCT team and I've achieved three of four sponsor goals so far.
For next season, there aren't too many riders without a contract from my focus regions. Main targets could be Maciej Bodnar and Luca Mezgec as well as Gatis Smukulis and Sergei Pomoshnikov. Zdenek Stybar's contract is ending as well but I think he's still out of my league.
I'll keep you updated

I'm starting a career, but can't decide if I should go with an excisting Conti-team or make one myself.
I want a small team suitable for stage races (I hate cobble-teams) with mostly young talents. Does anyone have a suggestion?
I kinda wanna go for the achievement of winning the TdF with a french rider, but I can't decide if I should go for a french or italian team.

Italian team definitely. There are alot of Italian Continental races in DailyDB (and generally all other DBs) which are absolutely great , many Italian Sponsors and huge number of great Italian riders.
