Giro d'Italia Stage 13
Siutsou and Lowik are in front on the first climb of the day
But soon Lowik is left behind as Siutsou's pace was too fast for him
Siutsou has more than 5 minutes, at the start of the penultimate climb, over a group with Rujano, Garate and Baliani
After the first half of the climb he loses half of the advantage. The solo breakaway seems to pay him back
And Baliani is the first to catch him
Right after that Garate and Rujano caught and left him behind
Siutsou seems to be in really trouble at the moment. He is losing minute after minute
Baliani has almost one minute advantage on the last climb over Garate and Rujano
Indeed this was Fortunato's day
The big names of this Giro and the first 2 places in the overall rankings, Ricco and Cunego finished the stage toghether
An another hard day in the saddle for Rogers. He is now 15th overall.

Giro d'Italita Stage 14
Siutsou won some other important KoM points today
But he couldn't help too much Rogers on the last climb
Piepoli was first at the summit there, with Cunego, Ricco and Pellizotti right after him
All the other names were in the second group
Rogers was of course there
David Lopez was the only one that almost cracked but he managed to hang on there
Savoldelli tried to catch his 4 compatriots that were leading on the downhill, but he can't get the speed that he used to have some days ago
Though that were 2 the Saunier Duval riders seem to lose speed in the final kilomtres of the stage
Everything is going to be now between Pellizotti and Cunego
And the winner is Cunego!
Stage
1. Damiano Cunego Lampre 6h14'45
2. Franco Pellizotti Liquigas s.t.
3. Riccardo Riccò Saunier Duval - Scott s.t.

5. Michael Rogers Team Columbia + 2'23
6. Stefano Garzelli Euskaltel - Euskadi s.t.
7. Gilberto Simoni Astana Cycling Team s.t.
8. Gabriele Bosisio LPR Brakes - Ballan s.t.
9. Thomas Dekker Rabobank s.t.

I know I always hate that, it happens almost everytime in Giro and Vuelta, but not in the Tour (the overall leader wearing the points jersey as well).
Btw Cavendish will ride in Vuelta as second GT of the year and not the Tour simply because there are a lot of flat stages in Vuelta and only a few of them in le Tour. |

Giro d'Italia Stage 15
Pinotti was the most combative rider today
Rogers tried an early attack for the first time in this Giro.
But he cracked on the last climb and he was caught
Soler, who was with Rogers at the start of the climb, is still in front
But now he is caught by the big guys, Cunego and Ricco
And it seems that it will be between those two as Soler is slowly left behind
Can Ricco stop Cunego winning again?
No, an another win for this year Giro's king.

Giro d'Italia Stage 16
Good times for the best climber this year in Giro, Siutsou and for his team leader, Michael Rogers
