Can't believe why Doltcini still has a team, leaded only by a gang of criminals. The license should have been forced away from them years ago. Nearly as bad as People4You this year. |

Bizarre transfer news, Lampre interested in signing up a couple of Frenchmen, El Fares and Pauriol, without rides for next year after Sojasun split.

Gatto and Marcato confirmed to Cannondale . Two great riders, will offer very good support for Sagan in the classics.
Baden Cooke reported by cyclingfever to be leaving Orica. That's 9 riders out so far them.

Gatto at Cannondale, I love the sound of that
Sagan will have a very decent team! |

Expect a lot of Ratto-Gatto mixups...
Other news: Hilaire Van der Schueren (Wanty-Groupe Gobert) is looking for more sponsors in order to attract Samu Sanchez and Kevin Seeldraeyers. This would make them a serious contestant for a Vuelta Wildcard. |

Astana are seriously putting their weight behind Nibbles for the Tour. With Sky focusing on Porte for the Giro as well as Froome for the Tour, Astana will definitely have the strongest team at the tour. Still don't think Nibali can match Froome uphill or in the ITT. Cobbles and Downhill the only places for him to gain time. |

Sky already stated that they will not split teams for Giro and Tour, and send by far the best one to the Tour.
Porte will have 'limited' support probably consists of Cataldo, Deignan, Lopez, Knees, Dombrowski, Pate, Zandio and Swift / Puccio. Henao might be doing Tour this year or exclusively Vuelta.
While for the Tour its likely to be Froome, Porte, Nieve, Kennaugh, Kiyrenka, Siutsou, Thomas, Stannard and EBH. ( possibly Eisel in there, possibly Henao and well Wiggins situation is not fully understood yet )

Pretty sure one of the Belarussians will be doing the giro, and either Wiggins or Eisel in tour. Henao will definitely do Giro as back up should Porte have a bad day, and he will probably be leader at Vuelta |

Henao is far from sure, coming personally from him he's looking to win one of the Ardennes, Fleche most likely the big target. He wants to do Vuelta too, however he might miss Giro. Nothing sure obviously yet as the training plans change, but it looks like that so far.

Depends on cobbles doesn't it
And how well Froome prepares. He has a greater media spotlight now and that can leave someone unfocused very easily. If he maintains the same kind of prep as he did this years Tour, he will likely have no problems winning bar accidents.

It's hard to believe no bigger teams gave him a chance
It's a shame. I really grew to like him this season. He is worthy of riding on a WT team, he's strong enough for that. Given more time to grow, he'd probably turn out to be a very handy WT domestique.

It's pretty funny how people think that Gatto and Marcato will be good teammates. Tosatto would have been much better choice. |
