Signed for Garmin a few years back after doing well in the Worlds TT and then failed a test for DHEA, which was in a supplement he took. Admitted his mistake and has come back this year.

Hmm, I don't think that sort of climb suits him as well as those nice punchy finishes. We'll see.

I expect Gesink to attack, Moreno to hang on, and do a Rodriguez-like sprint in the final km.
