Yeah. You gotta love that guy. Saved the giro for team CSC as well.
He seems to be getting better with age! |

Hehe Jens Voight is a really powerful rider I admire him because he is able to breakaway and ride all the way alone.. It's so nice .. And yes he saved the giro for Team CSC |

is there any stage for a bettini win, because if he doesn't win is anual giro stage win, his morale will hit rock bottom

Well he didn't win a stage last year either and he only has a total of 2 Giro stage wins in his career, so I wouldn't say he as an annual win here

I will forever remember bettini for a lot of things, but mainly for the only time I've ever seen the maglia rosa on a breakaway dozens of kms from the finish...
obviously it was terribly stupid and it didn't work, but still....an unusual sight

When it comes to the GC I think Contador will win, hope not Riccò wins....did you know he was a doper when he raced in junior class??

Well, an exciting breakaway finish yesterday, but thats now all in the past as we enter crunch time in this years Giro. Really looking forward to todays stage, it should be a good one:
I reckon Contador may well lose a little time today, but I don't think that man will be Ricco. I can see Simoni flying off for a stage win either today or tomorrow so my money is on him i think - unless a break goes and isn't brought back again. I don't really mind whose in the break, as long as 'superman' Sella isn't there.
Let the battle commence! |
