What a race!
Antón winning with Hägg on 11th
Thats a medium goal (Top 5) well in land for Euskaltel
Edit: Fuglsang isn't from Kazakhstan though

Yup, very nice report. I actually never played GP Indurain but that report kinda makes me want to give it a try.
But just a little suggestion: At Photobucket, you use the IMG-link of photobucket. Personally I prefer the Direct-Link option, with the PCMDaily [img]-tag in it. I like to open up many screens and having photobucket open up each time, well - it's just annoying. In any case, I feel it's more the more friendly option towards the reader. I think everybody else uses the direct-method too (when they use Photobucket).

Start
The penultimate stage of Volta a Catalunya is away, the riders will tackle the 178km stage consisting of a category 1 climb in middle of the stage but also a second category climb close to the end where the likes of Contador and Sami Sanchez will look to have a go at Richie Porte's overall lead.
Cat.1 KoM1
We start the coverage at the top of Alt de Prades where are breakaway of the day consists of Voigt (RLT), Madrazo (MOV), Dupont (ALM), Cesar (FDJ), Tiralongo (AST). They created a maximum gap of 5'22". At this current point they have 4'01".
65km to go
Richie Porte attacks 65km out! Obviously the best form of defensive is attack in his opinion. he is joined by new found mountain goat Lindeman (VCD), Moreno (KAT), Scarponi (LAM), Martin (GRS). They attempt to bridge over to Weening (OGE), Velits (OPQ) and Busche (RLT) who attacked on moments before.
62km to go
Only Porte, Velits, Busche and Weening pursue the long attack and hit the descent hard. They have 1'15" on the peloton and trail the break by 2'16".
57km
A rare sight from this season, Euskaltel don't like this one bit and their train hits the front in order to bring back the group of 4 including Porte.
40km to go
Some bad news for BMC, Lewis 22nd overall and 3rd in the Youth classification crashes, likely he has the descent to get back in the peloton. Porte group only has 16" and is about to caught, the peloton have had their gap cut to 1'13" now.
25km to go
Vanendert (LTB) is the catalyst of another attack, Poels (VCD), Weening and Velits react.
13km to go
They get caught by the peloton at the bottom of the second KoM, 900 metres from the summit Moreno puts in a potentially stage winning attack while causing a stir in the top of the GC.
10km to go
The stage is blown apart now, Richie Porte is paying for his earlier big attack and doesn't make a move out the peloton, unlike 9 other stage hope fulls. E1 is Tiralongo from the break, he attacks on the descent and has 25 seconds to E2 consisting of Voigt, Cesar, Hupout from the break and Moreno he joined them. Potential GC winning move Contador (SAX) is 26 seconds behind them with Martin, Kangert is alone in E4, E5 consists of Sami Sanchez (EUS), Hesjedal (GRS), Costa (MOV), Pozzovivo (ALM), Poels. 36 back to the peloton in total and 1'36" overall from E1. Porte is in the peloton and Sky don't have the resources to bring the attacks back, this can be very damaging to Sky.
5km to go
The winner will be decided between Tiralongo and the second group. Contador and Kangert trail 36 seconds behind. Sanchez and the Garmin boys have a slender lead on the peloton. Contador trying desperately to keep a time gap open.
4km to go
Tiralongo gets caught by the second group and a leader should come from here, with Moreno being by far the freshest, you'd have to place your bets on him, being the fastest finisher generally any way.
2km to go
The riders get ready for the sprint, Moreno leads them towards the final kilo. Contador and Costa are gaining but unlikely to make it, they are digging in deep though for a much needed time gap.
1km to go
The sprint opens up, It is contested by Moreno, Cesar, Hupout and Voigt. Who will make it to the line first?
Finish
Moreno wins the sprint convincingly against the stage escapees for Katusha! Contador comes in with a second group will take over the GC leading into the final stage.

Some bad news for BMC, Lewis 22nd overall and 3rd in the Youth classification crashes, likely he has the descent to get back in the peloton.
Oh really? I'd be a heck of a lot more surprised if you'd have said good news for BMC.
Seriously, I give up. I must have done something badly wrong in another life to get luck like this. At least Nerz is hanging in there.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH.
