Other?

BMC is US registered and I'm pretty sure that's what sutty is referring to.

Hoogerland to Androni! Didn't see that one coming. Don't know if it already has been mentioned though...

Surprising move from Hoogerland, PCM couldn't have done it better Grin

Why the hell Johnny? Why not just Wanty-Groupe Goubert?

The Italian calendar should suit Hoogerland much better than the mainly flat courses in Belgium. Plus he will be able to ride the Giro. I guess Androni will be aiming for a wildcard for Amstel Gold Race too now?

It appears that Edvaldas Siskevicius is returning to La Pomme Marseille.

Things seem to be fairly calm this weekend so here are some smaller transfers to Huon-Genesys:
https://www.cyclin...new-riders
Mark O'Brien (Raleigh)
Neil van der Ploeg
Scott Law
Mitchell Lovelock-Fay (Christina Watches)
Taylor Gunman

This is going to make them even more dominant on the domestic circuit, I'm sure.

Have Sky signed any cobbled classics specialists? As far as I am aware, we failed to get Langeveld and the only guys we have got are Nathan Earle, Mikel Nieve, Philip Deignan and Sebastian Henao, none of whom are classics specialists

No, but does Sky really need more of those? If Stannard extends, they still have a very strong cobblestones block with Thomas, Stannard, Boasson Hagen, Eisel and some helpers (Puccio, Rasch, Knees) & sprinters (Swift, Rowe, Sutton) to fill up the team.

Alakagom
Preety sure Sky does believe Thomas can feature finally after crash-fest of 2013. Aside Cancellara, Boonen or Sagan ( plus Gaudin at Roubaix Pfft ) Thomas should compete on level of other top cobblers this season I believe.

No Jesper Hansen? Must be off to a pro contract with Saxo then.

CT: I read somewhere some time ago that he was close to signing with someone but couldn't announce anything yet. I'd say Saxo is the most likely, but perhaps the CWO-? Fusion team (if they ever get around to announcing it) if Saxo doesn't want him?

About Pellizotti: Astana suspends him till 2 May, because of the MPCC rules.

Actually, even that is not quite allowed by the rules. Astana shouldn't have signed a contract till May 2 but they hope it won't be a problem.

I hope the MPCC board will disagree and duly kick Astana out, but that'll probably remain some wishful thinking...
