Demonikul: Would you please read what I said? When I said that your questions are answered by the FAQ, they are of course answered. Don't be an idiot, please.
But since you obviously don't want to do some work yourself, let me copy/paste the part of the FAQ that answers your question:
I've now signed a suspended rider. His ban doesn't run out until the following year. When I click the rider, the game crashes.
If you've signed a banned rider who has a ban that doesn't run out until the following year, the game crashes when you click his name. So, either 1) don't sign banned riders until their ban has expired, or 2) don't click the banned riders that you've signed.
And no, you can't send banned riders to training camps. They are 'injured', so they stay at home. |

Well, the inbuilt editor and the PCM.daily DB aren't the best friends. Could you perhaps try the Advanced Editor instead? It's a tad more difficult to use, but you won't experience the same kind of problems.
Ahhh forget it... I'll just play a normal career with Saxo. Anyway, thanks for all your help CrueTrue |

no question just a thx. Superb DB, i use it now with my stage variants and so far i really dig it. Lots of good young riders have popped up and i really hope the other teams snatch a lot of them so i will have good competition later.
Great work overall looking forward to the 2010 version (hope to see the new grand tours by then...) |

Will Digitizer's variants and the PCMdaily DB make a fusion? could be really great (of course Digitizer should approve of it) |

It's very easy to make that 'fusion' yourself (copy CM_Stages from Digitizer's file to the PCM.daily DB), but they won't come with the pack. The reason for this is that there are too many problems with Digitizer's variants. Many of them stem from previous versions of PCM, and they are not fully compatible (weird roads, crashing stages, underwater stages etc.) with PCM09. Although they can be fixed, it's not something that I have time to do.
That said, we do include more variants with the DB, and more will be available in the 2010 DB.

How many teams and races will there be in the 2010 DB? and do you add a lot of scouting zones? And will the stats be so high like the last DB's? eg. Cancellera 84 (tt), Contador (mo) 84 etc. Could they be lower? not that only those rider will have lower stats but its more fun with lower stats for all riders eg. Contador having 82 maybe and then Schleck having 80 maybe, so that he still will be the best but with lower stats |

The teams and races will be pretty equal to the 2009 DB. We've removed the disbanded teams and races, and we've added a few.
The thing about stats is an on-going discussion. For the first version, we're keeping the current stats system, but it may be changed for a later version.
One of the new features of the 2010 DB is the improved focus on how the young riders evolve. Ruben has done a lot of work to the original youth generation files, so that they fit with the PCM.daily DB. Each time you change the stats system, you also need to change these youth generation files - and that's 'tough'. But as said, we'll see for the next version. |

So if I changed the stats myself would that mean that the youth generation files won't work ? |

They will work, but the younger riders can potentially get the same kind of stats that the top riders had before your edits. |

So right now they get different, but if I change and I find a "regen" and he has great potiental and is a good stage racer he will become like Contador, Leipheimer, Wiggins..? You get the idea |

Let's say that Contador, being the best climber, has 84 in MO. You don't like the stats matrix, so you give him 80 in MO instead.
Few years later, you find a young talent (generated rider) that has 84 in MO. The reason for this is that the young rider files haven't been changed to match your matrix. |
