i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0026-9.gif
Yesterday..Cardoso was already close to take a win. Let's try today again..Damn strong wind again.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0032-7.gif
Bad time to have technical problem..Talabardon in trouble..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0028-8.gif
another possible split situation..thanks to strong sidewind...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0029-9.gif
..sprint..Victor Rodrigues looking surprised..he was keeping himself at the front at the group..to awoid possible split situation results. then he finding himself at the front of the group when sprint started...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0030-8.gif
then situation going back to normal...Thomas Berkhout passes him..Geslin..Goss..Cardoso (green jesrey)...Theo Bos is there

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0031-7.gif
Last corner Geslin is leading..yesterday stage winner Casper is coming up.. Cardoso having all out..but he is just not fast enough against Casper..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0027-9.gif
and Jimmy Casper takes second in the row..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0035-7.gif
Green jersey changing owner..Casper now.. Two stage to go..Manuel Cardoso has not given up..he will fight to take this jersey back.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0037-6.gif
This is a day..when tour winner will be decided. Tomorrow we have final stage witch is 100% flat stage for sprinters..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0039-6.gif
David Millar...37,7km..(2 laps to go..)

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0040-7.gif
23,6 km to go..Voecler started that one..Lastras followed. Rodrigues decided ..this is moment to make a move...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0041-7.gif
Jimmy Casper and impressive move..sprinters follows hilly guys..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0042-7.gif
9,3 km to go..lead group at the moment..Voecler, Pliuchin, Lastras, Chavanel, Rodrigues, Hary and van Hummel again. This guy is every where...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0045-8.gif
van Hummel atack..Rodrigues follows..not this time group comes back together..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0046-8.gif
Last uphill..Pliuschin opens..Voecler is following..Chavanel...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0047-8.gif
Now on..just downhill and finish. Voecler leading..Chavanel chasing. Rodrigues has not given up..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0048-8.gif
Last km. has started...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0043-8.gif
Chavanel takes stage win..Rodrigues passes Voecler at the last moment..
they dont get any time advantage against Van Hummel group.. what is quite unfair..
One stage to go..

Stage 5 (final)
Boulogne sur Mer - Boulogne sur Mer

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0052-7.gif
we would like to beat Casper today..to get points jersey back..and trying to keep Rodrigues in podium..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0055-4.gif
Last corner and....all out.Anthony Ravard is leading..Bbox and Turgot..Zberg..O'Grady. At the moment Cardoso is ahead Casper (green jersey). It is possible ..because seems like Casper (has won 2 stages)..has missed a sprint..and is to much behind.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0056-4.gif
Zberg has taken a lead..O'Grady follows..Damn Casper is righ behind Cardoso back wheel..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0053-6.gif
Zberg takes a stage win...2. O'Grady 3. Ravard...Gardoso 4th. Gasper 8th..should be enough..

For us good day..Plaza is 10th. Guerra 16th. at the GC. Lets keep it this way..tactic is simple..loose less as possible at the mountains..and then ride great long TT. Later Plaza will focus on closest rivals..

Stage 6
Bressanone - Mayrhofen

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0098-2.gif
This stage was one of the longest in the 2009 Giro. The first half of the stage was undulating, without a categorized climb. The second half featured two short climbs with a perfectly flat 22 kilometer valley in between them. The descent from the second climb of Gerlospass left a flat 11 kilometers to race before the finish in Austria

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0099-2.gif
Pack is ready to start one of the tour longest stage..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0100-2.gif
45km to go..Pozzovivio atacking first..as he has done on every mountain stage..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0101-1.gif
Counter...Nocentini, Codol and Astarloza...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0102-1.gif
Pellizotti..I was expecting a lot more easy stage...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0103.gif
Lead group...41km. to go..Nocentini, Siotsou, Plaza, Garate, Soler, Di Luca..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0104.gif
Before descent..Di Luca launched atack..great moment to atack. At the back Pellizotti is trying to follow..no chanche.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0105.gif
16,5km. to go..Di Luca all alone..he is after he's second stage win..and will increase he's overall lead..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0108.gif
Garate launched atack..Plaza is trying to follow..difficult moment again..

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0111.gif
at the back...Soler and Astarloza atacking...Pellizotti wont follow?

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0109.gif
Plaza is pulling a chase group..and trying to keep tempo high.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0112.gif
Soler and Astarloza has cought Plaza group...

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0110.gif
Di Luca takes second stage win on the row..and increases he's GC lead...He has been super strong.

Plaza lost time today..he was no able to keep up with chase group..where was Soler , Nocentini and Carrara.. He is now GC 9th.
Biggest looser today iwas Pellizotti..he missed Di Luca atack at he hill top..missed Soler atack at the flat..and lost 2'26 to Di Luca and over a minut to favorites chase group.

stage 7
Innsbruck - Chiavenna.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0001-14.gif
The race returned to Italy, after also passing through Switzerland, in another long stage. The one climb of the day occurred a little over 200 kilometers into the stage, the Passo Maloja. The entire stage to that point was on a slight increase in elevation, while the finish was on a long and drastic descent into Chiavenna.

i706.photobucket.com/albums/ww68/teemeuue_2011/PCM0004-12.gif
Di Luca again..2nd. Pinto..3rd..Jakob Fuglsang (I was hoping to see that guy up in the GC ..he is now 100th. and 34'47 down..
