Stage 3
Dalmine - Dalmine
...sprint stage 2..before first hilly stage.
...there was battle about sprint positiion..and crash..Liquigas rider who has down is Jacopo Guarnieri. Injured..dont know can he start tomorrow.
..at the front..same thing has yesterday. Alberto Ongarato is lead out man for Di Luca again..again I dont see Liquigas riders when they should be at the moment.
Krzysztof Szczawinski following Di Luca..
..and of he go's. Szczawinski is only one who is trying to challange.
...and Di Luca takes second on the row...and is now tour leader. Who can stop him!Liquigas sprint duo Corioni and Fischer come out from nowhere and take 5th. and 7th. place..I'm stil not happy..tomorrow hill's starts..Fischer will try tomorrow again..race goal is still stage win.

di luca is looking good. guess there are no world class sprinters if he can win 2 stages in a row like that? think i'm gonna start another story with LPR when i'm finished at uni and the new db comes out. |

Stage 4
Vertovo - Vertovo
First hilly stage..first part is climbing..after that flat..and maine events will take place on last small hill. Fischer should be ok..if they dont start atack's at the first climb straight away.
This was friendly race..before last hill. Danielson launches atack..game has started..
Descent..5 riders get away..Liquigas is happy..they managed to get Fischer in.
Bertolini, Di Luca, Danielson ,Fischer and Andriy Grivko.
Lampre rider Mori showing downhill skills and joyning..the front group. This is just a start..
..Gomez Marchante and Caruso..when they get into the group..next step is trying to get away..
..then Guinti..Mori..Fischer and Grivko counters..where is Danielson and Di Luca..they have decided to wait main group?..strange.
Giunti is strongest..Fischer working hard to get he's slipstream..2km. to go..
Last corner and sprint..Fischer passes Giunti..this is it?
..Yes! He can celebrate now..my team favorite sprinter has done it again..
and look at that time gap..over 2 min. Di Luca and Danielson made terrible decision..
Fischer 2nd. at the GC ..2 sec. down..2nd. ?...again? There is still lot to run..If we manage keep it this way..then briliant. Few realy hard stages for Fischer still ahead.

How did you get Fisher in front, to my memory he was not that good in hills. Good going nevertheless.

He is actualy normal hilly rider..74 at the hill stats (in mounatins he sucks) if I remember correctly...(not much worse then Bennati)..and he is in the top form.
You will be even more surpsrised if I post last stages..
I was surprised how badly AI fucked up Di Luca and Danielson ride.
btw. If you play a season you will be real surprised some time..I remember when early injured Garate was joining the season in Vuelta..impossible to follow there ..and he atacked on every stage.

39. edition
Stage 5
Flero - Flero
Defending ..defending. I dont worrie about this 2 sec. what I have between Grivko. Hard stage a head for Fischer...good protection and tactical correct counter...
Di Luca is realy active..after yesterday hugh tactical mistake..he atack and follow almost any breakaway attempt.
Fischer is trying to follow..in descent. Di Luca going hard..
Flat...short Fischer atack..hopless..he decided to wait main group...or possible other breakaway guys.
..and here they come Visconti, Bertolini, Danielson, Marchante, Di Luca still out there. This is ok..Fischer had at least company..
.and here is Di Luca..back together. So far everything is ok..one hill to take.
Caruso opens the last hill atack action..
..and then Di Luca again..Visconti..Fischer is forced to follow..he look exausted..
end of the hill..come on Fischer..keep up!
Last downhill Di Luca and Caruso together at the front..
Chasers group...Giunti, Marchante , Danielson, Alessandro Bertolini, Viconti and good news for us. Fischer is back into group..there is no Grivko that means ..we will get leader jersey.
Sprint..Di Luca opens..but at the same Fischer group has cached them..
Giunti is strongest..Fischer has just nothing left for sprint..s.t. is more then enough.
Giunti has hugh lead..Di Luca must be dissapointed after all that effort ..he was so close.
Giunti takes it..no question there. Fischer is tyred but happy..one grazy day still ahead.
We have tour leader jersey.

I cant believe it. Either you have dropped the difficulty(maybe you should check) or just had great tactics.
