Actually there's one little-HUGE thing that I've never seen mentioned referring to that subject and that I haven't mentioned either
(since I usually stay away from that subject)
Oh come on i wanna here this, the one time you decide to keep your mouth shut

Nah, it's very unlikely he had something that special.
I'm rather inclined to think he was more receptive to the products and had people around him mastering the timings better than his main opponents.
Then there was also talent, training, tactics, etc. but on the dope aspect, he had the cream of it, but probably nothing he was the only one to use (not for a long time at least). |

The only problem is that the testimony was ripped apart in court/depositions.
No it wasn't. Because of this:

An Oakley representative was also in the room during the conversation. She (the rep) reportedly told Greg LeMond and a sports photographer on different occasions that the doping admission by Armstrong did take place. However, while under oath, she denied that the conversation ever took place.
The representative didn't start working with Lance until a few days after that conversation. And that has been shown by official paperwork.
EDIT: If you're talking about who I think you are

I find it hard to believe that Armstrong would confess to doctors (who were not even his oncologists) in a room full of people (some he knew and some he did not). Betsy was not married to Frankie at the time. They were dating. My opinion, doesn't mean that he doped, doesn't mean that he did not. It is just not good evidence. A grade above gossip, I would say.
She identified the doctors who were there, described their physical appearance accurately even.
The best part in the trial was when Lance's lawyers said she was never in the room. A few minutes later they contended that when she said that the doctors said "X", she misunderstood what the doctors said.
To which of course the reaction of everyone in the court was "If she wasn't in there, how did she misunderstand them?" OOPS.

Yes, issoisso. That was a funny gaff by the attorneys. Her testimony did not hold up well in court because no one else (other than her husband) could agree with the statments. The other person in the room was MacIlvaine or something like that. A female rep for Oakley. Armstrong's lawyers were able to raise some doubts regarding her testimony. Greg LeMond's deposition contradicted some of her statements. I don't think he would lie, or at least he did not have much motive to lie.
She described one doctor's appearance as brown hair with glasses. She was not certain if there was one or two. Not compelling testimony. She was not a good witness. |

1. She said she was "almost 100%" there were two.
If you're gonna pick on that, I can equally pick on Lance saying he gave a donation to the UCI but not remembering how much, when, who received it, who signed for it, or how there are no bank records of that supposed transaction.
2. What did LeMond contradict?
As for the woman who contradicted her, she says the woman called her crying a few days before saying that the her bossed threatened her with being fired from the job (a job she was not qualified for and only got through her Lance friendship) if she didn't lie in Lance's favor.
The phone records confirm that woman did make a call to Betsy Andreu on the date Mrs. Andreu specified.

Regarding #1:
Q. Are you prepared to say whether it was one doctor or two doctors?
A. I'm pretty sure it was two.
Q. When I -- in your deposition --
A. Yes.
Q. -- initially you said they asked a couple of preliminary questions.
A. Yes.
Q. Then when I asked you later on, you said, they asked three or four questions.
A. A couple, three or four. Same difference. I know a couple means two. They
asked between two and four questions. Maybe they asked five. I'm not sure.
Q. And you can't remember any of those questions?
A. No, I can't.
Q. And when I asked you, you couldn't remember if it was one or two doctors; right?
A. No. It was pretty much -- it was two doctors.
Q. Okay.
A. It was two doctors
She also could not remember if it was day or night nor can she remember if Lance had had surgery on his brain at that time. I am not saying she is not telling the truth. I am saying that she is not a good witness. |

Regarding #2: LeMond says that Betsy told him and his wife a story about Lance calling Betsy in a panic because he was out of EPO and needed some real bad. He wanted to use some of Frankie's. Betsy is denying that she told the LeMonds that (under oath).
The Lemonds also testified that Betsy told them that she witnessed Lance injecting himself. She is denying that now (under oath).
Also, the Lemonds stated that Betsy told them to contact a reporter for the New York Times as well as Stephanie McIlvain. She is now denying this conversation (under oath).
There is more but you guys are probably bored. She is not a good witness.

Well, despite the controversy, I'm looking forward to seeing Armstrong back. His style was amazing and a thrill to watch. Only bummer is the team he've chosen. Astana already have way too many potential GT riders. If only Leipheimer, Contador and Klöden would change team!
...and if Thomas Dekker also ends up there .... |

Armstrong and Contador will not be able to co-exist. Not really a brave prediction, nevertheless, armstrong wouldn't come back if he wasn't interested in winning. This is a disaster that I am looking forward to seeing. |
