Disco have exelent TT material in that tour. This season TT comet Hincapie..also we have Devolder, Gusev. Now little out of shape Giro duo Popo and Brajkovic..black sheep Contador.
First good time coming from Luke Roberts..mark is down, this is time to bet. Finaly he gets 9th. place +58.
First man who shows Disco boys TT quality is Gusev. He sets first time..at the end 4th. +42. After him comes Vino, Valverde, Klöden, Evans not much to tell...this race isnt for them.
Marzio Bruseghin ..at the end 5th. +46.
TT world chap. Cancellara...3.rd. +48.
2.nd. Gerolsteiner TT gun...Ronny Scholz +32.
Hincapie..let see. Blasts best time in 1.st time check. At the finish ..he is good has been faster then Scholz 32 seconds.
Last man in race Schumacher 18th. 1'08 behind. Yes Hincapie has done it again. Also I should mention Devolder 6 th. place +49.

Stage 6
S. Benedetto del Tronto - Monti della Laga
Last stage to try take that 17 sec. away from Schumacher...tomorrow stage is to flat for that.
Please people meet new atack king Valverde...today he's doing something special atacks in first km.
Brajkovic, Popo and Padronos go's front..because Gerosteiner contol over the race has so weak.
Sinkevitzh is man who we need to catch..he is just +2 min in GC.
Next climb..also "black sheep" Contador has moved in front..to help with chase.
Atacks..Kirchen, Hincapie, Sella, F.Schleck. Where is Schumacher is still in group...not anymore he moves from atack also.
He comes..can he leap over on that group..he closing a cap..He must be in super form..he is in..damn.
Final agony... F.Schleck is gone. Hincapie sprints with full gas..he needs extra 17 seconds against Schumacher..and also needed to shure that Schleck isnt go to far away.

You right..it's very big part already for Hincapie to fill. Devolder has to be in Paris-Nice ..he almost beg me to take a part in Atriatico...no worrys..Danielson did more than I was expecting. One thing I am worried is my sprinters..they all the time has depressed and not any results.

Last stage (stage 7)
Campli - S. Benedetto del Tronto
First part is hilly at the end flat. Only I was made in tactics..(stupid enough..to dont give up with those 17 sec.)...was:
plan A - Go right away front..and set turbo tempo..to get sprinters drop in hilly part. Hincapie is decent sprinter so he might have chance when Petacchi, McEwen etc. has gone.
Plan B - I never even practised this one. Atack..atack..atack..with several riders to make peloton to follow..and drop the sprinters.
Rest-flat section is to long ..so chanches this plan will work is very small.
First man who follows first atack is Popo..no reaction. Popo stays is breakaway group..maybe we will need him after.
Brajkovic atacks..no reaction..damn I already feels like idiot
But idiots dont give up..Gusev go..atack..I noticed some life, movment in peloton. Its to late hilly part is over. Disco riders must talk after a race ..that was weirdest tactics what they had ever done.
Ups Sella has down and he takes lot of riders with him..I see Nibali is on of them another top 10 guy.we see after has this have any affects in final GC.
1km to go..aces all in front Petacchi,McEwen,Davis, Eisel,Pozzato,Napolitano.
This is Pettachi..no need to wait photo finish.

There is lot to ride 291km. Most of the teams plays all shots on your main sprinter..ofcorse there is some exeptions. Like Cofidis. I decided..to but Davis under protection..and also make a Hincapie, Devolder duo..fist wich I can use in that last mountain.
Steels has many atempts and lose some important power, when he finaly gets in breakaway group. What he is thinking this is longest race.Ou yes Lotto got also McEwen for the end sprint
81 km. to go Nuyens and Klier atacks. this is little to early for me..cap between Steels breakaway group has 5 min. left.
Peloton cathes breakaway group..Nuyens, Ivanov, Ballan ,Celestino and surprise Petacchi atacks. I thought this can be the one. Left Hincapie to stay in group and Devolder is a man who follows.
This is to high tempo for Petacchi...Ivanov is in best shape when he takes relay...he buts everyone to suffer...Petacchi is of..this is good for me..just need to get riddle of Ballan to het better chanches in the finish If we stay in front.
Last climb..Devolder go's front and but everything he got out..trying to shape off some riders. No results..this is gonna decided between those 4...Devolder, Nuyens,Ivanov and Ballan.
In the same climb Hincapie decided..what a heck tempo is to slow..they all trying to play for sprinters..I need to try get away.
Belived or not..last corner and all alone..and he just closing to Petacchi Hincapie is down. Ofcorse long race and some riders lose their consentration...but kind of mystake for such experienced rider...Ou now injury sign apears..this is can end for disaster and such important cobble races is just behind the door. One more aspect..in that corner he lost possibility to get almost shure UCI leader jersey. At least camera man get's nice shots. Later on guys like McEwen, Bettini etc. get surprised for that and falls also
Final sprint in front..Nuyens is out (early breakaway attempt has done his job)...Ballan wins. Devolder 3..rd. I am pleased gentelmans.

It's always a good sign when theyre not automatically abandoned. If you just let him rest for a few days he will be fine and ready to beat Boonen easily in the Cobbled classics.
Good 3rd by Devolder too!

Yes exatly...no need to risk anymore. Cobble races himself has risky enough. Good you have mentioned Devolder 3.rd. that was my main view after race also..like american press talked a lot about Hincapie fall and possible injury.
Devolder did on that race..real man work and was in podium in Milano-Sanremo race...this is realy strong result for me. I give him all respect for that.
And sporting.. once again great team choice for career (Saunier)...No pressure but I expect a lots of good reading with that story.
