I think Ripley meant the following and I'll just reiterate that it would probably be a good idea to have teams choose between 3 and 10 (or something near about) goals. Lesser number of goals have more per goal value while higher number has less per goal value. Otherwise it wouldn't really be fair.

Would just like to note that in looking over the most recent database, there is no Czech national champion in the road race. It's just the first error I've seen, I don't know if there are any more - well I assume it's an error anyway.

Leopold König won that and retired immediately after so that is correct

Sorry my mistake. It was Jan Barta who won the NC and retired.
