Stage 5
Station du Mont Serein (Mont-Ventoux)
Queen stage in Paris-Nice tour..look at this last climb. This one gonna hurt.
Caisse is taking over the control..they dont take it easy tempo is realy high. Gadret have probably give a little to much energy for past stages..that last climb will be hard for him.
Has tour leader Gadret need to counter when all favorites atack..Menchov, Schleck, Pereiro, Devolder etc. 4km. before the finish Gadret "hit the wall"..total crack...main rivals sliping away. This one will be hard to keep morale high.
Devolder takes stage win..and leader jersey.Halgand 2nd . and Christophe Moreau
3rd.
Finaly Dessel coming at behind and helping Gadret thrue the end. 2'29 later...Season goal is gone..to finish in Paris-Nice top 3? There is chanche on last stage..to atack on that last climb..and there is just 14sec. he need to finish in GC 3rd.
This is also good lesson for this season GT's no need to follow top 3 guys..just keep head cool and finish inside final GC top 10.

Stage 6
Althen-des-Palauds - Sisteron
There is so close situation at the GC top..Gadret is back to fight himself back to top 3 after last stage dissapointment.
Brard and Caucchioli formed today breakaway duo..Brard should give up..he cant accept Nocentini speed today.
13 km. before the finish Last mountain top..short hill. Gadret is going after a seconds what he needs..Schleck follows
After top Gadret passes breakaway man Caucchioli and off he is..peloton is chasing real fast.
Last km. has started...this isnt over..Gadret will take stage win, but will he get some time gap between rivals.
Stage win nr. 3..he has been dominating..(exept 5th. stage)
Visconti takes mass sprint..
At official race result..we get 15 seconds. for Gadret. he needed 14 to get third place at GC table..like clock work..well done.

Stage 3
Gubbio - Montelupone
Should be peaceful riding...last 2km. another uphill sprint. Nocentini is after stage win.
Nocentini is ready for another disorganised sprint...he collects he supporter's around him ..when they have 2km. to go..and last climb has started.
Ag2r taking over conrtrol..Nocentini just waiting moment to start a sprint.
Here he go's ...last km. Nocentini is clear for sprint.
Stage win nr. 1 for Nocentini...he takes tour leader jersey. All looks just briliant at the moment..but Nocentini knows there is no reason to be exited.. there is TT still ahead.
But great team work today.

Stage 7
Sisteron - Cannes
Gadret isnt greedy..3rd. is enough for him..just need to follow main rivals atack today.
All day Bram Tankink has been in breakaway group and collect's mountain points...tp secure he's jersey. When final climb starts ..tour leader Devolder atacks..when Moreau and Menchov follows..this is sign for Gadret, this is moment to go.
Devolder likes to secure he's tour win today...he is moving fast and trying to take stage win.
Chasers group..Moreau, Gadret, Casar and Menchov
Peloton is coming..chasers group is giving up..now we have just Devolder left out there.
Devolder takes 2nd stage win and increases he's lead.
Hushovd takes 2nd. gadret has enough energy left to follow him and secure 3rd.

Stage 4
Porto Recanati - Civitanova Marche
This should be last stage before TT wich will..mess up GC standings for good.
Hugh breakaway group get's away..and gap between peloton increases all the time. Nocentini and Ag2r manager looks already worried.
70km. to go..and Ag2r sending all the squad to front to pull max. speed..just Nocentini and sprint hope Nazon stays at the group. Ou dear..at that point I noticed that Nocentini is actualy tour leader..this is my job to chase them down.
Last climb..several teams has finaly come to front to pull the peloton..this doesnt seems to be fast enough for Ag2r..ok what to do. Sprint hope Nazon to front and lets waste that guy eather.
Finaly the cach big breakaway group..
Dean has last breakaway man has started final sprint.
Peloton comes..Nocentini is ready. he follows O'Grady.
Nocentini leads the sprint...but Bettini comes at the middel there is second play at the top GC table..one who will win this would be tour leader also.
I have lost one shot..ofcorse this is bettini..who comes behind and takes leader jersey.

Stage 8
Nice-Nice
This is Paris-Nice tour last stage...there is not time gab at all between GC table..that will promise use hard work day.
40km. to go..strange split.. Gadret who has been all day at the near from peloton peak..finds himself at the second group. Many big names are escaped..tour leader Devolder, Ricco, Casar, Joaquim RodrÃguez etc.
No we dont have any time to waste all boys at the front...and hard has possible. Here is almost minut to take back.
6km. later he has wasted all support and now he should drag alone..Schleck follows.
Just before beginning at that last climb ..he achive he' s goal. He is back with main favorites group.
Then..what usualy happens in the last climb. Schleck who has used all Gadret drag back to top group atacks..
Halgand, Casar and Devolder follows..poor Gadret he has just stoped hard work period ..and now again. he got Vansummeren and Moreau on he's back wheel..and another chase has started this time uphill.
Amazing he has done it again..he looks quite exausted. Now just stay on that group..and GC podium place will be your's.
Sprint has started for Schleck and at the same moment chasers group got him..
Halgand takes stage win..belived or not Gadret takes second place he has collected some energy reserves on that descent. This is a fighter...and he is just 1sec. short to beat Moreau in final GC and take second place...dont care. he did what I and sponsors was expecting..inside top 3.
