Oh my god, Pete Kennaugh just destroyed the field up the climb in the GB nationals. Small group away now.
Yep 6 away
Cavendish
Rowe
Thwaites
Blythe
Kennaugh
Stannard
90km to go probably not going to get caught as the race is in pieces Simon Yates trying to bridge from group 3 1 min down but struggling Cavendish looks strong |

I fancied Luke Rowe for this, but Kennaugh and Cav look so strong. Thwaites will surely have to try and attack if it stays together until the last lap. |

Seems a bit early for them to attack from within the group. |

Prediction. The break in the GB race comes back together on the next lap. Luke Rowe attacks. But he gets brought back. It stays together with the group of six until the last lap. Cav attacks on final lap. But Kennaugh pulls him back on the climb.
Gold - Kennaugh
Silver - Cav
Bronze - Stannard |

Amazingly there are 8 rider left riding in the british champs only now according to the commentary
Kennaugh/ Stannard
+24 cavendish , Thwaits , Blthye Rowe
+ 3 min Doull and Yates
Course is only 8 km round so rest pulled out I'd assume |

Kreuziger had a mechanical, so that means we have a group of 9 riders (Kreuziger, Sagan, Konig, Vakoc, Cerny, Barta + 3 riders from Whirlpool are in) at the front with one lap to go.
