Well, roturn thought about a new rule and he told me it via PM. I´d like to share it with you before adding it, and tell me if I could use it in 3rd edition, or from 4th in advance
- 4.20. - When you post a result, I need to know your leader´s stats, to see if you´re cheating or not with them
Obviously, the actual rule number "4.20" would be moved into "4.21"
I´m waiting for your opinion

i think its good...but it depends...my leader for hilly races in my career has 83 hl atm...thats much...but in my career, other teams have riders with 85 hl...

Define cheating?
Let's say i use my Sky career with my S.Yates who has 85hl but also 70+ in SP, CB, TT, PRL etc etc making him one of the highest AVG riders in the game. I could then go to Roubaix with Jungles, Thomas and Demare all 80+ CB. Basically the development of the game takes my team to level of success better than anything possible with default starting DB's.
But for a different result i could create a team with a leader of 85 and 70+ stats and a cobbles team with 3 80+ riders. This one could be viewed as cheating because it's an edited DB just to get wins. Yet it's equivalent to a grown team.
Just for clarrification of course
