4. Rasmus Quaade is clear the best danish time trial rider.
1.- NO, Valverde wins in Ardennes, but Rodriguez wins in hilly stages, so both 82 or even 83
2.- For me: 80-79 Nibali (he wins in hilly stages), 78 Contador, 77 Quintana and Froome
3.- NO...
4.- Maybe...

What about Tvetcov?
You said you put him on 72 in the update. But he is on 68 (tt). You only updated MO... He deserves 72 tt. |

In agreement with you, Nibali won stage 2 in the tour de france, that was a hilly stage if I ever saw one.
Also on a different note, isn't that finish rider on fdj, Jussi Veikkanen isn't he a lead-out man for fdj's sprinters , rather than a puncheur, which is what the database says. I always see him at the back on the climbs???

I interviewed Jasper De Buyst in Denmark at Post Danmark Rundt (and also Cort, Riis, Boaro, Ciolek and so on but that's another story) where he came in 2nd in the first stage and he's a really cool guy.
My feeling is that he has a big talent and he will be a great rider in the future - no doubt about that.
Interesting, had that feeling, good that other people confirm this.[/quote]
He should chance his name to De Beast instead of De Buyst |

NOPE Contador had a hurt leg unlike Froome who could still train indoors so the Brit's in better shape |

We put his MO to 72 yes. We also updated his TT, but 72TT is overreacting if you ask me. After a second look, I agree that he could be put to 70 at least though. Keep in mind that the USAPCC was more or less a mountain TT

I wasn't referring to that TT. He was great at the WC ITT, too and in the other CT races
My point is that Oyarzun, another CT rider has 72. He finished 26th in WC ITT and 6th at Chrono des Nations. Tvetcov, I don't remember perfectly but I think 30th. So at least 71tt-69prl
Another suggestion:
Degand +4 TT and prl, is a good TTist and he proved it.
Formolo +3 PRL
Cattaneo +3 PRL
P.S. I often update the big post with all my suggestion to don't write too much posts. I update it 4/5 times a day.

1: Valverde has won all direct duel versus Rodriguez in year. D.Martin earned and had the same as Rodriguez.
2: Nibali won because of his skills on the descent. Upwards hills is Contador stronger than Nibali, see stage 8. For me: Contador 79, Froome 79/78, Nibali 78 and Quintana 77.
3: He is not so quick, 79/83 is overrated.
4. He is much better than Fuglsang and was sixth fastest to World Championships.

I think Zoidl should get a -1 in MO. Looking at the guys at 74 MO i just think it is wrong that he is supposed to be better than them |

1. Rodriguez's season this year was full with injuries. You should wait to see how he does at Il Lombardia but IMO Valverde isn't at all stronger.
2. Nibali is the only of the big four mountain guys who has ever done okay at the Ardennes or any hilly classic. He should be better than the others at hills whilst Contador is next as he performs the best in hilly stages. Nibali: 79 Contador: 79 with lower stamina, Froome: 78 and Quintana 77.
3. Yes. Definitely. Considering that Modolo was downgraded and he, IMO, is a much stronger sprinter than Sagan.
4. Not too sure. Has he done much since last years world champs. |

There should really be a discussion about Sagan's sprint stat.
I'm for a 78.50.
We should really think about it.
78/83 should suit perfectly, though. His acc stat will completely compense his sp stat. |

I totally agree with Arberg27 Quaade is the best Danish TT rider

I would give Sagan 77/85. His acceleration means he can place well but his sprint stat would ensire he doesn't win. |

85 is really too much since sagan competes in cobbles and hilly classics, too.
However 77 is too low. 78-83 suits. |

Sagan still can accelerate very quickly in hills and cobbles. Sure he isn't brilliant at either but he can definitely deliver the fastest. acceleration of anyone. |
