It probably is coming from your antivirus or your firewall, since I can properly download it.
Try lowering the security settings from your firewall and/or antivirus software and try again.
If you're not able to download afterwards, you can go to kickass.to and search for "pcm.daily expansion pack 2014".

It's worth remembering that KAT is a website banned by the UK government. You literally cannot access it in the UK without a proxy I'm afraid. |

Try downloading a torrent file with Internet Explorer. Not joking.
Or if what forkguy84 says is true, try with Tor Browser.

@luluvanimpe: that depends on your own internet speed. There are enough seeders atm, so that shouldn't be the issue.
Take note that it's a large download, so it'll take a while either way.

admittedly, it's normal because nobody has the full file yet. But still, yeah, it's going incredibly slow to me, like 30 kb/s. Oh well. Thanks for uploading the DB, I'm going to take a great look at it to see all the races and the cyclists ^^ |

Tor is the solution for most download and accessibility problems. A really good and useful thing (if you use it the right way) to have on your PC.
